Claims (5)
- 입력 공급 전압(B+)의 소스와,상기 입력 공급 전압 소스에 결합된 공급 인덕터(L1)와,동조된 공진 회로를 형성하도록 상기 공급 인덕터에 결합된 캐패시터(C6)와,소정의 스위칭 주기 동안에 공진 전류 펄스(IC6)가 상기 캐패시터에서 생성되도록 부하(302)에 연결된 상기 공급 인덕터에 펄스를 생성하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q3)를 포함하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이이에 있어서,상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 제어하여 제로 볼트 스위칭을 제공하는 수단(R12, R11, Q2)으로서, 상기 캐패시터내의 공진 전류에 응답하여 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터에 상기 공진 전류를 인가함으로써(Q2를 경유함) 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 상기 공진 전류 펄스 중 일부 구간 동안 턴 오프 상태로 유지시키는 전류 센서(R12, R11)를 포함하는 것인 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 제어 수단(R12, R11, Q2)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류 센서(R12, R11)는 상기 캐패시터와 직렬 연결된 저항(R12)과 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q3)의 제어 단자(게이트)에 연결된 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2)를 포함하며,상기 저항에서 발생된 전압(VR112)에 응답하여 상기 공진 전류 펄스 중 일부 구간 동안 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 턴 오프 상태로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2)는 비래치 방식(non-latched manner)으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단(R12, R11, Q2)은 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q3)내의 전류를 나타내는 신호(VR112)에 응답하여 전류 모드 제어 방식으로 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이.
- 입력 공급 전압(B+)의 소스와,상기 입력 공급 전압 소스에 결합된 공급 인덕터(L1)와,동조된 공진 회로를 형성하도록 상기 공급 인덕터에 결합된 제1 단자를 구비하는 캐패시터(C6)와,부하(302)에 결합된 상기 공급 인덕터에 소정의 기간 동안 펄스(iL1)를 생성하고, 상기 캐패시터에 공진 전류 펄스(IC6)를 생성하기 위하여 제로 볼트 스위칭모드에서 동작하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q3)를 포함하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이에 있어서,상기 공진 전류 펄스에 응답하여, 상기 소정의 기간 동안 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 턴 오프 상태로 유지시키는 제어 신호(VGS)를 생성하는 전류 센서(R12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 모드 파워 서플라이.
