Claims (41)
- 전기의 충전 및 방전이 가능한 이차 전지 셀과,그 이차 전지 셀에 접속되고, 충전시 또는 방전 시에 상기 전기를 도통시키는 판형의 전극과,상기 전극에 용접되어 있고, 상기 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 상기 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판을 갖는 전지로서,상기 금속판이 상기 전극의 양면에 각각 적어도 1매씩 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄계 합금으로 이루어지는 것이며,상기 금속판이 니켈 또는 니켈계 합금, 철 또는 철계 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극과 상기 금속판이 전기 저항 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 중의 적어도 1매가 배선 기판 상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 중의 적어도 하나가 더욱이 상기 전극과는 다른 접속용 단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 접속용 단자가 배선 기판 상에 설치되어 있고, 상기 접속용 단자와 상기 금속판이 납땜에 의해서 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 배선 기판이 상기 전지의 보호 회로용의 프린트 배선 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 전기의 충전 및 방전이 가능한 이차 전지 셀과,그 이차 전지 셀에 접속되고, 충전시 또는 방전 시에 상기 전기를 도통시키는 판형의 전극과,상기 전극에 용접되어 있고, 상기 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 상기 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판을 갖는 전지로서,상기 금속판이 하나로 연결된 판을 대략 ㄷ자형으로 굴곡된 형상의 부위를 구비한 것이며, 그 대략 ㄷ자형의 2개의 평판 사이에 상기 전극이 끼워지고, 그 평판의 적어도 한쪽과 상기 전극이 용접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전극이, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄계 합금으로 이루어지는 것이고,상기 금속판이 니켈 또는 니켈계 합금, 철 또는 철계 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 상기 금속판의 대략 ㄷ자형의 2개의 평판의 양쪽과 용접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판이 배선 기판 상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판이 또한 상기 전극과는 다른 접속용 단자에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 접속용 단자가 배선 기판 상에 설치된 것이며,그 접속용 단자와 상기 금속판이 납땜에 의해서 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 배선 기판이 상기 전지의 보호 회로용의 프린트 배선 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 이차 전지에 접속되어 있고, 그 이차 전지의 충전시 또는 방전 시에 전기를 도통시키는 판형상의 전극에, 그 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 그 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판을 용접하는 공정을 포함하는 전지의 제조 방법으로서,상기 금속판을 용접하는 공정에서, 상기 전극의 양면에 각각 적어도 1매씩 상기 금속판을 전기 저항 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 전극을 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄계 합금으로 이루어지는 것으로 하고,상기 금속판을 니켈 또는 니켈계 합금, 철 또는 철계 합금으로 이루어지는 것으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 중의 하나를 배선 기판 상에 설치하고,상기 금속판과 상기 전극을 전기 저항 용접할 때 상기 금속판의 표면에 접촉되는 전극봉을 삽입시키는 관통 구멍을 상기 배선 기판에 천공해 두고,상기 전극을 그 양면으로부터 상기 금속판에 끼우도록 하고, 그 한쪽의 금속판에 접촉시킨 전극봉으로부터 상기 전극을 개재하여 다른쪽의 금속판에 접촉시킨 전극봉으로 전류를 도통시켜 상기 전기 저항 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 이차 전지에 접속되어 있고, 그 이차 전지의 충전 시 또는 방전 시에 전기를 도통시키는 판형의 전극에, 그 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 그 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판을 용접하는 공정을 포함하는 전지의 제조 방법으로서,상기 금속판을 용접하는 공정에서, 하나로 연결된 판을 대략 ㄷ자형으로 굴곡한 형상의 부위를 구비한 것으로 하고, 그 대략 ㄷ자형의 2개의 평판 사이에 상기 전극을 끼우고, 그 평판의 적어도 한쪽과 상기 전극을 전기 저항 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 전극을 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄계 합금으로 이루어지는 것으로 하고,상기 금속판을 니켈 또는 니켈계 합금, 철 또는 철계 합금으로 이루어지는 것으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 전극을 상기 금속판의 대략 ㄷ자형의 2개의 평판의 양쪽과 용접한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판을 배선 기판 상에 설치하고, 그 금속판과 상기 전극을 전기 저항 용접할 때에 상기 금속판의 표면에 접촉되는 전극봉을 삽통시키는 관통 구멍을 상기 배선 기판에 천공해 두고,상기 금속판의 대략 ㄷ자형의 2개의 평판 사이에 상기 전극을 끼우고, 한쪽의 평판에 접촉시킨 전극봉으로부터 상기 전극을 개재하여 다른쪽의 평판에 접촉시킨 전극봉으로 전류를 도통시켜 상기 전기 저항 용접을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 재료가 다른 2개 이상의 용접 대상물을 페데스탈에 재치하고, 용접봉을 세게 눌러 전기 저항 용접할 때, 페데스탈이 적어도 재치면을, 상기 2개 이상의 용접 대상물보다도 융점이 높은 고융점 금속으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 페데스탈의 적어도 재치면을, 700℃에서의 열전도율이 10W/mK 이상, 또는 100℃에서의 전기 체적 저항율이 30μΩcm 이하의 적어도 한쪽을 만족하는 금속으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 용접 대상물로서, 니켈판, 니켈계 합금판 또는 니켈판과 철판을 접합한 금속판과, 알루미늄판 또는 알루미늄계 합금판을 전기 저항 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 알루미늄판 또는 알루미늄계 합금판을 페데스탈측 용접 대상물을 겹치고, 페데스탈에 재치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 페데스탈의 적어도 재치면을, 백금, 철, 크롬, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 몰리브덴, 팔라듐, 텅스텐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 용접 대상물보다도 융점이 높은 고융점 금속으로 이루어지는 재치부와, 이 재치부보다도 열전도율이 큰 방열부를 갖는 페데스탈을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 재치부를 백금, 철, 크롬, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 몰리브덴, 팔라듐, 텅스텐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성함과 함께, 방열부를 은, 구리, 알루미늄 및 금으로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 재치부와 방열부를 기계적으로 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 재치부와 방열부 사이에 밀착층을 개재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 용접봉의 선단 형상을 반구 형상, 원추 형상, 원주 형상, 원추의 선단을 평평하게 절단한 사다리꼴 형상, 반구의 선단을 평평하게 절단한 반구와 평면을 조합한 형상, 또는 다각추 형상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 용접봉에 인가 전압 제어 방식 또는 인가 전류 제어 방식에 의해 직류 전압 또는 교류 전압을 인가하고, 최대 전압을 0.5V 이상 5V 이하, 최대 전류를 100A 이상 3000A 이하로 하고, 또한 전압 인가 시간을 5ms 이상 40ms 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 대상물은, 전기의 충전 및 방전이 가능한 이차 전지 셀에 접속되고, 충전 시 또는 방전 시에 상기 전기를 도통시키는 판형의 전극과, 상기 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 상기 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접물의 제조 방법.
- 용접 대상물을 용접할 때에 용접 대상물을 재치하는 페데스탈로서,적어도 재치면은 융점이 1455℃보다도 높은 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 대상물은, 전기의 충전 및 방전이 가능한 이차 전지 셀에 접속되고, 충전 시 또는 방전 시에 상기 전기를 도통시키는 판형의 전극과, 상기 전극보다도 높은 융점 또는 동일한 융점에서도 상기 전극보다도 두꺼운 판 두께의 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서, 상기 재치면은 700℃에서의 열전도율이 10W/mK 이상, 또는 100℃에서의 전기 체적 저항율이 30μΩcm 이하의 적어도 한쪽을 만족하는 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서, 상기 재치면은 백금, 철, 크롬, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 몰리브덴, 팔라듐, 텅스텐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서, 융점이 1455℃보다도 높은 금속으로 이루어지는 재치부와, 이 재치부보다도 열전도율이 큰 방열부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 상기 재치부는 백금, 철, 크롬, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 몰리브덴, 팔라듐, 텅스텐 및 이리듐으로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성되고, 상기 방열부는 은, 구리, 알루미늄 및 금으로 이루어지는 그룹중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 재치부와 방열부가 기계적으로 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 재치부와 방열부가 밀착층을 개재하여 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 페데스탈.
