Claims (5)
- 압력유체의 흐름방향을 전환하는 전자밸브와, 상기 전자밸브의 각 포트에 압력유체의 공급배출을 행하는 유로를 구비한 베이스와, 상기 전자밸브와 베이스 사이에 설치되는 중간블록을 구비하고,전자밸브의 각 포트와 베이스에서의 각 유로를 각각 개별적으로 연통시키는 연통로를 상기 중간블록에 설치함과 동시에, 이들 연통로 속을 가로지르는 도관을 설치하고, 이 도관 내에 형성한 압력도공에 압력검출할 연통로로 개구하는 압력도입구를 형성하며, 상기 압력도입구를 통하여 도입된 압력을 검출하는 압력센서를 상기 중간블록에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간블록의 연통로 속을 가로지르는 도관 내에 통전부재용 통로를 설치하고, 상기 통로에 통전부재를 삽입하여 통과시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중간블록에, 전자밸브의 밸브체에 설치한 마그넷의 근접을 검출하는 자기센서를 설치하고, 통전부재용 통로에 그 센서출력을 도출하는 신호선을 삽입하여 통과시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중간블록에 자기센서의 출력에 기초하여 밸브체의 동작불량을 표시하는 표시기를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 중간블록은 중간블록 본체 및 그것에 연접 설치한 제1 및 제2하우징을 구비하고,상기 중간블록 본체에는 전자밸브의 각 포트와 베이스에서의 각 유로를 연통시키는 연통로 및 상기 연통로 속을 가로지르는 도관을 설치하고, 도관 내에 형성한 압력도공의 일단에 상기 압력센서를 설치하며,상기 제1하우징에는 전자밸브와 베이스 사이의 통전을 행하는 통전중계부재, 상기 압력센서 및 자기센서의 출력신호를 베이스를 통하여 외부로 도출하기 위한 신호도출부재를 설치하고,상기 제2하우징에는 자기센서를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
