本发明涉及可以监视电磁阀的输入输出压力是否合适和阀体的切换状态的带有传感器的电磁阀。
背景技术
以往在电磁阀上附设监视其输入输出压力是否合适和阀体的切换状态的传感器,但它们是根据需要个别设置的,没有集中成一个整体的装置,不仅组装麻烦复杂,也有误配线的可能性,而且难以确保安全性和可靠性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的课题在于,通过把监视电磁阀的输入输出压力是否合适和阀体的切换状态的监视机构集中起来,提供一种构造简化、组装容易、安全性和可靠性高的带有传感器的电磁阀。
用于解决上述课题的本发明的带有传感器的电磁阀包括:切换压力流体的流动方向的电磁阀、具有把压力流体给排到该电磁阀的各口的流路的底座、以及配置在上述电磁阀和底座之间的中间部件,其特征在于,在上述中间部件内设置分别连通电磁阀的各口和底座的各流路的连通路,同时设置横过这些连通路中的导管,在设置于该导管内的压力导孔上开设向需要检测压力的连通路开口的压力导入口,在该中间部件上设置检测通过上述压力导入口导入的压力的压力传感器。
在上述本发明的带有传感器的电磁阀中,在横过中间部件的连通路中的导管内设置通电构件用通路,在该通路内可以穿插通电构件,另外在该中间部件内设置检测设在电磁阀的阀体上的磁铁的接近的磁传感器,在通电构件用通路内可以插通导出该传感器的输出的信号线。在这种情况下,在上述中间部件上设置可以根据磁传感器的输出显示阀体的不良动作的显示器。
在本发明的理想的实施例中,上述中间部件备有中间部件本体和与其相连的第1及第2罩子,在上述中间部件本体上设置连通电磁阀的各口及底座的各流路的连通路及横过该连通路中的导管,在设置于导管内的压力导孔的一端上配置上述压力传感器,在上述第1罩子上设置在电磁阀和底座之间进行通电的通电中继构件和通过底座把上述压力传感器和磁传感器的输出信号导出到外部的信号导出构件,在上述第2罩子上设置磁传感器。
具有上述构成的带有传感器的电磁阀,由于在配置于电磁阀和底座之间的中间部件上集中设置用于监视电磁阀的输入输出压力是否合适和阀体的切换状态的监视机构,不仅简化了设置该监视机构用的构造,而且也显著地降低了误配线、误组装的可能性,成为组装容易、经济性能良好的电磁阀,而且,由于通过中间部件把上述监视机构夹在电磁阀和底座之间,所以可以使其受到保护并提高了安全性和可靠性。

具体实施方式
图1及图2表示本发明的带有传感器的电磁阀的实施例,该带有传感器的电磁阀大体上备有切换压力流体(压缩空气)的流动方向的电磁阀1、备有向该电磁阀1的各口给排压力流体的流路的底座2、配置在上述电磁阀1和底座2之间并设有各种监视手段的中间部件3。
在上述电磁阀1中使供给口P、第1及第2输出口A,B、第1及第2排出口EA,EB向贯通阀身10内的阀孔10a开口,在该开口10a内滑动自由地嵌插切换上述各口之间的流路的滑阀体11。上述阀体11像众所周知的电磁阀那样,通过向其轴线方向的一端或另一端的移动切换供给口部而与第1或第2输出口A,B的连通,与此相伴,使不与供给口P连通的输出口与第1或第2排出口EA,EB连通。
另外,图示的电磁阀是具有保持在封闭各口状态下的中立停止位置的三位阀,因此,在阀身10的一端上连接辅助部件12,在该辅助部件12内在结合于滑阀体11凹段部和阀身10上的挡件13a和结合于阀体11的另一个凹段部和辅助部件12上的挡件13b之间压缩设置弹簧14,在作用于滑阀体11的两端的控制流体压力对该滑阀体11不产生驱动力的状态下,上述弹簧14的弹压力使挡件13a,13b都保持在与阀身10或者辅助部件12结合的图示的中立停止位置上。
再有,上述电磁阀1也不一定是上述3位阀,也可以是没有中立停止位置的2位阀。
另外,在上述电磁阀1的辅助部件12内,把环状的磁铁16嵌装在滑阀体11上,使其位于隔板15的插通孔15a内并与设置了滑阀体11游插的插通孔15a的隔板15接触。该环状磁铁16用于由后述的磁传感器检测滑阀体11的位置,由嵌装在滑阀体11的端部上的盖17固定在该滑阀体11上,当滑阀体11处于上述中立停止位置时,磁铁16位于该隔板15的插通孔15a内的大致中央的位置上。
在上述电磁阀1中,为了用控制流体压力驱动滑阀体11,备有用一对螺线管21A,21B驱动的先导阀20A,20B,同时,在滑阀体11的两端嵌入的活塞部件22A,22B内的活塞室23A,23B中,活塞24A、24B分别与滑阀体11的端部接触。上述先导阀20A、20B通过螺线管21A、21B驱动的先导阀体把与阀身10的供给口部连通的导向供给流路25的流体排给予活塞室23A、23B。
也就是,当向先导阀20A的螺线管21A通电时,通过先导阀体的切换,导向供给流路25的控制流体压力被导入活塞室23A并作用到活塞24A上,滑阀体11向图中的右向移动并切换阀身10内的流路,而当解除向螺线管21A的通电同时向螺线管21B通电时,上述活塞室23A的控制流体压力被排出,同时供给流路25的控制流体压力导入活塞室23B并作用到活塞24B上,滑阀体11向图的左向移动,阀身10内的流路被切换。
再有,当都不对两个螺线管21A、21B通电时,由上述弹簧14使滑阀体11保持在中立停止位置上。
另外,在上述先导阀20A、20B的外侧的罩子上设置显示窗26,在该显示窗26的背后并列配置显示灯27A、27B,用来显示螺线管21A,21B的通电状态。该显示灯27A,27B可以通过一个灯发2种颜色来显示螺线管21A,21B的动作。
再有,在与中间部件3的接合面上设置受电端子28,用来接受通过中间部件3的给电端子送给螺线管21A,21B的电力。
另外,上述底座2形成为与一个电磁阀1相对应的连通器,连接多个底座2进行使用,在底座本体30上设置与上述电磁阀1的各口P、A、B、EA、EB对应的供给流路31、输出流路32A,32B及排出流路33A,33B,该供给流路31及排出流路33A、33B与为了使相邻的底座2相互连通而贯通该底座2的连接面之间而设置的供给通孔34及排出通孔35A,35B连通,另外,上述输出流路32A,32B分别向底座2的端面开口并安装用于连接配管的一次操作式接头36A,36B。
再有,在上述底座本体30的两侧的连接面上设置在多个底座2接合时相互连接的连接器40,用来在两底座2之间供电及传送信号,通过信号处理用的印刷电路板41把该连接器40电气地连接到连接端子42上,该连接端子42接离自由地接合在中间部件3的连接端子上。上述印刷电路板41通过连接器40接受来自邻近的底座的送电信号,根据该信号进行控制,使向搭载的电磁阀1的螺线管21A或21B给电时,在这些通电器回路上进行必要的通电,另外进行控制以便通过连接器40把监视电磁阀1的输入输出压力合适与否和阀体11的切换状态的后述的传感器的输出传送到控制装置。
上述中间部件3备有中间部件本体50和连接设置在其两端侧的第1及第2罩子51,52,该中间部件3由于夹在电磁阀1和底座2之间,在其上下的相对面上具有与该电磁阀1及底座2的接合面相适合的接合面。
上述中间部件本体50、在电磁阀1及底座2的接合面之间备有分别与电磁阀1的各口P、A、B、EA、EB和与底座2的的各流路31、32A、32B、33A、33B连通的连通路53、54A、54B、55A、55B。在这些连通路53、54A、54B、55A、55B内,如图2所示,在不妨碍该连通路中的流体的流动的范围内设置横过的导管56。在该导管56内,在必要的范围内穿通设置压力导孔57,同时设置贯通该导管56的通电构件用通路61。
上述导管56内的压力导孔57从中间部件本体50的一端到达连通路54B的位置被开设,也可以到达连通路53或连通路54A的位置,使压力导入口58从该压力导孔57向需要检测压力的连通路开口。在图示例子中,向与供给流路31连通的连通路53开设了压力导入口58,但在检测连通路54A或54B的压力(输出口A或B的压力)时,代替上述压力导入口58,也可以设置压力导入口58A或58B。通过从连通路53、54A、或54B的任何一个有选择地向压力导孔57进行穿孔,可以检测任意连通路的压力,所以压力导孔57最好到达图示的靠近连通路54B的位置地被开设。
而且,在上述中间部件本体50内,在上述压力导孔57的开口端设置检测通过该导孔导入的压力的压力传感器60。
另外,在上述中间部件本体50的导管56内,与上述压力导孔57平行地并列设置从该导管56的一端到达另一端的通电构件用通路61。在该通路61内,可以插通在阀身10的两端之间需要通电的任意通电构件,但在图示的例子中插通导出磁传感器62A,62B的输出的信号线63,该磁传感器62A,62B用于检测设置在电磁阀1的阀体11上的磁铁16的接近。
在中间部件3的上述第1罩子51上,作为在电磁阀1和底座2之间进行通电中继的通电中继构件设有在与电磁阀1的接合面上与该电磁阀1的受电端子28接合的给电端子65,并且设有与设在底座2的接合面上的连接端子42连接的连接端子66。通过印刷电路板67电气地连接这些给电端子65及连接端子66。

上述印刷电路板67,备有信号处理所需的半导体元件68,是作为适于通过信号线把压力传感器60及磁传感器62A,62B的输出送出的信号进行输出,该印刷电路板67本身由备有连接端子66的压盖69固定。另外,在该印刷电路板67上设置显示器70,该显示器70根据磁传感器62A,62B的输出,根据需要,参考开始向螺线管通电时的信号等,由于显示灯的显示滑阀体11的切换迟误和不动作等不良动作,通过显示窗可以辨认。
另外,在上述第2罩子52上设置上述磁传感器62A,62B,通过将其插入上述电磁阀1的隔板15的凹部15b内,使之接近位于该隔板15的插通孔15a内的滑阀体11上的磁铁16。该磁传感器62A、62B通过检测磁铁16的接近、离开来检测滑阀体11的实际位置,在图示的实施例中,用2个磁传感器检测驱动先导阀20A时的磁铁的位置PA、驱动先导阀20B时的磁铁位置PB及处于中立位置的磁铁的位置,但只要是能达到同样的目的,也可以设置任意数量的磁传感器,对于上述磁铁16也一样。再有,被检测的滑阀体11的移动位置也可以任意设定。
具有上述构成的带有传感器的电磁阀,由于把用于监视电磁阀1的输入输出压力合适与否和阀体的切换状态的压力传感器和磁传感器等监视机构集中于设置在电磁阀1和底座2之间的中间部件3上,所以不仅简化了用于设置该监视机构的构造,而且也显著地降低误配线、误组装等的可能性,成为组装容易、经济性优良的电磁阀,而且由于用中间部件3把上述监视机构夹在电磁阀1和底座2之间,因此可以保护这些监视机构并提高安全性和可靠性。
有益技术效果
根据以上详述的本发明,由于把用于监视电磁阀的输入输出压力使合适和阀体的切换状态的监视机构集中起来,从而使构造简单、组装容易,所以可以提供安全性、可靠性高的带有传感器的电磁阀。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有传感器的电磁阀,该带有传感器的电磁阀包括:切换压力流体的流动方向的电磁阀、具有把压力流体对该电磁阀的各口进行给排的流路的底座、以及配置在上述电磁阀和底座之间的中间部件,其特征在于,在上述中间部件上设置分别连通电磁阀的各口和底座中的各流路的连通路,同时设置横过这些连通路中的导管,在该导管内设置的压力导孔上开设向需要检测压力的连通路开口的压力导入口,在该中间部件上设置检测通过上述压力导入口导入的压力的压力传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有传感器的电磁阀,其特征在于,在横过中间部件的连通路中的导管内设置通电构件用通路,在该通路内穿插通电构件。
3.如权利要求2所述的带有传感器的电磁阀,其特征在于,在中间部件内设置检测设置在电磁阀的阀体上的磁铁的接近的磁传感器,在通电构件用通路内穿插导出该磁传感器的输出的信号线。
4.如权利要求3所述的带有传感器的电磁阀,其特征在于,在中间部件上设置根据磁传感器的输出显示阀体的不良动作的显示器。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的带有传感器的电磁阀,其特征在于,该电磁阀的中间部件备有中间部件本体及与其连接的第1及第2罩子,在上述中间部件本体上设置连通电磁阀各口和底座的各流路的连通路及横过该连通路中的导管,在设置于导管内的压力导孔的一端上配置上述压力传感器,在上述第1罩子上设置在电磁阀和底座之间进行通电的通电中继构件和用于把上述压力传感器和磁传感器的输出信号通过底座导出到外部的信号导出构件,在上述第2罩子上设置磁传感器。
