Claims (4)
- 압력유체의 유로를 전환하는 전환밸브와, 상기 전환밸브가 탑재된 매니폴드베이스를 포함하고,상기 전환밸브는, 매니폴드베이스에 대한 부착면을 구비한 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 설치된 유로전환용 스풀과, 상기 스풀을 구동하는 1개 또는 2개의 전자조작식 파일롯밸브를 갖고,상기 케이싱은, 상기 부착면의 일부에 형성된 제1의 오목부와, 이 제1의 오목부와는 다른 위치에 형성된 부품수용실을 갖고 있고, 이 부품수용실 내에 상기 스풀의 동작위치를 검출하는 1개 이상의 위치센서가 수용되고, 상기 제1의 오목부 내에는 상기 위치센서와 파일롯밸브의 양쪽에 전기접속되어 신호전달용과 급전용을 겸하는 제1중계커넥터가 수용되며,상기 매니폴드베이스는, 상기 전환밸브를 탑재하기 위한 탑재면과, 상기 제1의 오목부와 대응하는 상기 탑재면상의 위치에 형성된 제2의 오목부와, 상기 제2의 오목부에 연속해 있는 베이스 내부의 기판수용실을 갖고 있고, 상기 제2의 오목부 내에는 상기 탑재면상에 전환밸브를 탑재함으로써 상기 제1중계커넥터와 전기접속되는 제2중계커넥터가 수용되고, 상기 기판수용실 내에는 이 제2중계커넥터와 전기접속된 신호처리, 전달용 및 급전용 주배선기판이 수용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기구를 구비한 매니폴드밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품수용실이 케이싱의 상면측에 설치되어 착탈가능한 커버로 덮여 있고, 이 부품수용실 내에는 램프기판이 배치되며, 이 램프기판은 상기 파일롯밸브와 위치센서의 양쪽에 전기접속됨과 아울러, 이 램프기판상에 이들 파일롯밸브 및 위치센서의 동작상태를 각각 개별로 표시하는 램프가 탑재되며, 상기 커버에 이들 램프를 관찰하기 위한 표시창이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기구를 구비한 매니폴드밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부품수용실 내에, 파일롯밸브에 개별로 전기접속된 단자 겸용의 기판지지대가 설치됨과 아울러 상기 램프기판에 커넥터 겸용의 지지다리가 설치되고, 이 지지다리를 상기 기판지지대에 전기접속상태로 지지시킴으로써 이 램프기판이 상기 부품수용실 내에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 있고, 이 램프기판에는 또, 상기 위치센서를 이 램프기판과 상기 제1중계커넥터에 전기접속하기 위한 센서용 커넥터가 착탈가능하게 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기구를 구비한 매니폴드밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 위치센서는, 상기 스풀에 부착된 마그넷을 검출하는 자기센서이거나, 혹은 출력유로의 유체압을 검출하는 압력센서중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출기구를 구비한 매니폴드밸브.
