Claims (5)
- 작동유체의 유로를 전환하는 주밸브(20)를, 상기한 주밸브(20)의 일단에 부착한 1개이상의 전자조작식의 파일럿밸브(21a,21b)로 조작하는 타입의 전자파일럿식 전환밸브(3A)와, 이 전환밸브(3A)에 작동유체 및 전력을 공급하기 위한 매니폴드(2)를, 서로 결합하는 것으로써 구성되어 있는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체에 있어서,상기한 매니폴드(2)가, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)를 부착하기 위한 밸브부착면(2a)에, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)에 설치된 수전커넥터(44)를 접속하기 위한 급전커넥터(16)를 보유하고,상기한 전환밸브(3A)가, 상기한 각 파일럿밸브(21a,21b)의 솔레노이드(31)와 상기한 솔레노이드(31)에 도통하는 상기한 수전커넥터(44)를 합성수지내에 일체로 형성하여 밀봉한 전자부(33)를 보유하고, 이 전자부(33)의 외면에는, 파일럿밸브(21a,21b)에 대응하는 수의 통전표시용 램프(48)를 갖춘 램프기판(49)이 상기한 수전커넥터(44)와 도통하도록 부착됨과 동시에, 상기한 램프기판(49)전체를 덮는 커버(50)가 밀봉부재를 매개로 해서 기밀하게 부착되어지고,상기한 매니폴드(2) 또는 전환밸브(3A) 중 어느 하나에, 상기한 급전커넥터(16)와 수전커넥터(44)를 기밀하게 접속하기 위한 밀봉부재(17)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 전환밸브의 수전커넥터(44)가, 상기한 전자부(33)로부터 외부에 돌출하는 통모양의 하우징(44a)과, 상기한 하우징(44a)내에 수용된 복수의 핀형의 수전단자(43)를 보유하고, 상기한 매니폴드(2)의 급전커넥터(16)가, 상기한 하우징(44a)이 끼워맞춰지는 오목부(2c)내에 설치되어 있고, 상기한 수전단자(43)와 접촉하는 복수의 급전단자를 보유하고, 상기한 오목부(2c)의 입구가장자리부분에, 상기한 전자부(33)의 외면과 하우징(44a)의 외주면과 기밀하게 접하는 상기한 밀봉부재(17)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 전환밸브에 있어서의 각 수전단자(43)의 후단부가 전자부(33)의 배면에 돌출하고, 이 배면에 부착되어지는 상기한 램프기판(49)이, 각 수전단자(43)의 후단부가 끼워넣어지는 접속용의 구멍을 보유함과 함께, 이들 수전단자(43)와 상기한 램프(48)를 접속하기 위한 인쇄배선을 보유하고, 상기한 커버(50)가, 램프(48)와 대응하는 위치에 투명부(50a)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)가 2개의 파일럿밸브(21a,21b)를 보유하는 더블파일럿식의 전환밸브로서, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)의 상기한 전자부(33)에, 2개의 파일럿밸브(21a,21b)에 있어서의 2조의 솔레노이드(31,31)가 일체로 형성되어 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)가 1개의 파일럿밸브(21a)를 갖는 싱글파일럿식의 전환밸브로서, 상기한 전환밸브(3A)의 상기한 전자부(33)에, l조의 솔레노이드(31)와, 상기한 솔레노이드(31)와 실질적으로 같은 외형 및 크기를 갖는 더미(dummy)부재(70)가 일체로 형성되어 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 전환밸브조립체.
