Claims (17)
- a) 터미날 또는 펜던트 가수분해성 알콕시실릴, 아릴옥시실릴 또는 알킬옥스이미노실릴기를 그 위에 갖는 실릴화된 폴리머; 및b) 하기 식 9의 실란 접착 촉진제;를 포함하는 조성물:여기서, R1은 분지형 또는 고리형 알킬렌기, 아릴렌기 또는 알크아릴렌기이고, 단 R1이 4개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 경우, 이들 중 임의의 것은 선택적으로 하나 이상의 에테르 산소 원자 또는 폴리(설파이드) 브릿지에 의해 단절될 수도 있으며; R2는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 또는 알크아릴 라디칼이고; R3는 C1내지 C6알콕시기 또는 C3내지 C5케톡스이마토기이고; R4는 수소, 선택적으로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소기, 또는 이것이 부착되는 질소 원자를 포함하는 아민기를 형성하기 위해 열적으로 탈블록화될 수 있는 기이고; z는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1은 1,3-부틸렌; 1,2-부틸렌; 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로필렌;3-메틸부틸렌; 3,3-디메틸부틸렌; 2-에틸헥실렌; 1,4-디에틸렌페닐렌; 3-페닐-1,3-프로필렌; 1,4-시클로헥실렌; 1,4-디에틸렌시클로헥실렌; 1,2-페닐렌; 1,3-페닐렌; 1,4-페닐렌; 2-메틸-1,4-페닐렌; 하기 식 10의 기; 및 하기 식 11의 기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물:여기서, q는 1 내지 50이고, r 및 s는 2 내지 6의 정수이고, 그의 하나 이상의 -CrH2r- 또는 -(OCsH2s)-기는 분지형이다.여기서, t는 2 내지 16이고, u는 1 내지 8이고, 그의 하나 이상의 -CtH2t-기는 분지형이다.

- 제 1항에 있어서, R4는 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 2-히드록시에틸, 2-아미노에틸, 프로필, 3-히드록시프로필, 3-아미노프로필, 부틸, 시클로헥실, 페닐, 메틸페닐, 2-시아노에틸, 이소프로폭시에틸, R2-C(=O)- 또는 R2O-C(=O)-인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1은 분지된 알킬렌기, R3는 메톡시, R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R2는 메틸기이거나 또는 z는 0인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 축합 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화된 폴리머는 유기 골격을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화된 폴리머는 실릴화된 아크릴, 실릴화된 폴리우레탄, 실릴화된 폴리에테르, 실릴화된 폴리에스테르, 실릴화된 폴리올레핀 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 실릴화된 폴리우레탄은 이소시아네이트 종결된 프리폴리머와 하기 식 12의 실란과의 반응 생성물인 조성물:여기서, R은 이가 유기기이고; R'는 알킬 또는 아릴이고, R"는 수소 또는 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소기이고, X는 가수분해성 알콕시, 아릴옥시 또는 알킬옥스이미도기이고; 및 m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 실릴화된 폴리우레탄은 활성 수소기로 종결된 프리폴리머와 하기 식 13의 실란과의 반응 생성물인 조성물.여기서, R은 이가 유기기이고; R'는 알킬 또는 아릴이고; X는 가수분해성 알콕시, 아릴옥시 또는 알킬옥스이미도기이고; 및 m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제는 4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸트리메톡시실란, 4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸디메톡시메틸실란, N-메틸-4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸트리메톡시실란, 아미노이소프로폭시에틸트리메톡시실란, 아미노이소프로폭시프로필트리메톡시실란, 4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸트리에톡시실란, 4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸디에톡시메틸실란, N-메틸-4-아미노-3,3-디메틸부틸트리에톡실란, 아미노이소프로폭시에틸트리에톡시실란 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 경화 촉매, 가교제, 충전제, 가소제, 틱소트로피제, 산화방지제, UV 안정화제 및 탈수화제중의 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화된 폴리머는 폴리유기실록산 골격을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화된 폴리머는 그안에 다수의 알콕시실릴기를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 실릴화된 폴리머 및 접착 촉진제를 혼합하는 것으로 제조되며, 상기 실릴화된 폴리머는 무기 또는 유기 골격 및 그안에 알콕시실릴, 아릴옥시실릴, 알킬옥스이미노실릴 및 실라놀기로부터 선택된 두개 이상의 기를 갖고, 접착 촉진제는 하기식 15의 실란 접착 촉진제인 조성물:여기서, R1은 분지형 또는 고리형 알킬렌기, 아릴렌기 또는 알크아릴렌기이고, 단 R1이 4개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 경우, 이들 중 임의의 것은 선택적으로 하나 이상의 에테르 산소 원자 또는 폴리(설파이드) 브릿지에 의해 단절될 수도 있으며, ; R2는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 또는 알크아릴 라디칼이고; R3는 C1내지 C6알콕시기 또는 C3내지 C5케톡스이마토기이고; R4는 수소, 선택적으로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소기, 또는 이것이 부착되는 질소 원자를 포함하는 아민기를 형성하기 위해 열적으로 탈블록화될 수 있는 기이고; z는 0 또는 1이다.
