Description
Claims (5)
- 상하방향을 따라 상호 접촉되도록 결합되어 내부에 수용공간을 형성하는 상부케이싱 및 하부케이싱과; 일단이 상기 상부케이싱 및 하부케이싱의 외부로 노출가능하게 설치되는 투사렌즈와; 상기 투사렌즈의 타단에 상호 직각되게 배치되는 복수의 프리즘과; 상기 프리즘을 지지하는 프리즘홀더와; 상기 프리즘의 각 외측에 각 프리즘에 대해 평행하게 배치되도록 상기 프리즘홀더에 결합되는 복수의 액정패널과; 상기 투사렌즈측으로 향해 개방된 수용공간을 가지고 상기 수용공간내에 상기 프리즘 및 액정패널의 조립체를 수용할 수 있도록 배치되어 상기 각 액정패널에 상호 다른 광이 입사될 수 있도록 내부에 광로가 형성되는 조명계케이싱과; 양단이 상기 조명계케이싱에 각각 고정되고 적어도 일영역이 상기 프리즘홀더의 상판에 접촉가능하게 결합되어 상기 프리즘 및 액정패널중 적어도 어느 하나의 상대위치가 변동되는 것이 억제되도록 고정지지하는 고정지지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 프로젝터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프리즘홀더는, 상기 프리즘의 하측에 접촉되도록 배치되는 저판과, 상기 프리즘의 상단에 접촉되도록 배치되는 상판을 더 포함하며,상기 고정지지수단은, 상기 액정패널수용공간을 가로질러 양단이 상기 조명계케이싱의 상단에 각각 고정될 수 있도록 판면을 관통하여 스크류공이 형성되어있는 연결부와 상기 프리즘홀더의 상판에 비해 축소된 폭을 가지고 상기 연결부의 일측 연부로부터 상기 상판을 향해 돌출된 돌출부를 가지는 고정지지브래킷과; 상기 상판의 상면으로부터 상기 돌출부의 양 측연에 각각 접촉될 수 있도록 돌출형성되어 상기 투사렌즈의 길이방향에 가로로 상기 프리즘이 유동하는 것을 억제시키는 한 쌍의 유동억제부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 프로젝터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 유동억제부는 적어도 한변이 상기 돌출부의 돌출길이와 거의 동일한 사각형상을 가지도록 형성되어 상기 프리즘홀더의 측판측의 측면이 상기 연결부에 접촉되며, 상기 돌출부의 자유단부영역에는 폭방향으로 확장되어 상기 돌출부의 측연에 접촉됨으로써 상기 프리즘의 상기 투사렌즈의 길이방향에 대한 유동을 억제시키는 유동억제돌기부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 프로젝터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 프리즘홀더의 상판과 상기 돌출부의 상호 접촉면 사이에 개재되어 상호 간의 진동의 전달을 억제시키는 완충부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 프로젝터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 완충부재는 상기 고정지지브래킷과 상기 상판의 상호 접촉면중 적어도 어느 하나에 코팅처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 프로젝터.
