Claims (10)
- 조(crude) 프탈산 무수물을 감압하에 운전되는 증류탑에 공급하고, 저비점 물질을 증류탑의 탑정 또는 그 부근에서 제거하고, 규격(on-spec) 프탈산 무수물을 측면 배출구를 통해 증류탑으로부터 회수하는, 조 프탈산 무수물의 증류 정제에 의한 규격 프탈산 무수물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류가 0.05 내지 0.5 바아의 탑정 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증류가 트레이(tray) 탑에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 측면 배출구가 위치하는 지점 아래의 트레이와 이 지점 위의 트레이가 탑내 트레이들 사이의 통상 간격보다 더 긴 거리 만큼 이격되어 위치하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 측면 배출구가 바람직하게는 상기 두 트레이들 중 상부 트레이에 보다 가깝게 위치하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규격 프탈산 무수물이 측면 배출구를 통해 기상 형태로 탑으로부터 회수되는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최하부 트레이가 탑내에서의 통상 위치와 비교하여 탑내 트레이들 사이의 간격보다 1 내지 6 배, 바람직하게는 2 내지 4 배, 특히 바람직하게는 3 배 만큼 더 높게 배치되는 것인 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최하부로부터 1 내지 6 개 이상, 바람직하게는 2 내지 4 개 이상, 특히 바람직하게는 3 개 이상의 트레이들이 이중 유동(dual-flow) 트레이 형태인 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 측면 배출구 아래의 트레이들이 이중 유동 트레이 형태인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강하 경막 (falling-film) 증발기가 증류탑용 탑저 증발기로 사용되는 방법.
