Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 폴리이소시아네이트 및 DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조되고 적어도 1종의 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 혼합 블록을 포함하며 700 내지 50,000g/mole의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올을 반응시켜서 수득 가능한 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조되고 말단 프로필렌 옥사이드 블록을 포함하는 폴리에테르 폴리올이 이의 제조를 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 열-경화 성형 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 블록 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이의 제조를 위해 사용되고 DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조된 폴리에테르 폴리올의 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 혼합 블록이 폴리옥시프로필렌 단위의 적어도 50몰%의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 블록 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조되고 말단 EO/PO 혼합 블록 및 40몰% 초과의 1차 OH기 비율을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올이 이의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상온-경화(cold-cure) 성형 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 초가요성 블록 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 폴리이소시아네이트가 DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조되고 적어도 1종의 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 혼합 블록을 포함하며 700 내지 50,000g/mole의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올과 반응되는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- DMC 촉매 반응에 의해 제조되고 적어도 1종의 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 혼합 블록을 포함하며 700 내지 50,000g/mole의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올의, 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하기 위한 용도.
