- 관련된 해당 기지국과 통신하는 복수개의 고객 현장 장비(CPE)를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 기지국은 업링크 및 다운링크 통신 경로내에서 대역폭 배치를 표시하는 업링크 및 다운링크 서브프레임 맵을 유지하는, 광주파수대역 무선 통신 시스템내에 대역폭을 배치하는 방법에 있어서,상기 방법은(a)선택된 CPE를 개별적으로 송신하기에 충분히 이용가능한 대역폭이 있는지를 결정하는 단계;(b)만약 상기 (a)단계에서 이용가능한 충분한 대역폭이 결정되면 송신되지 않고 존재하는 비능동 CPE 혹은 송신하려는 요청이 있었으나 송신되지 않은 능동 CPE가 있는지를 결정하며, 그렇지않다면 (e)단계를 진행하는 단계;(c)상기 CPE에 대한 대역폭을 업링크 서브프레임 맵내에 배치하고 선택된 CPE를 송신하는 단계;(d)상기 (a)단계에서 CPE를 개별적으로 송신하기에 이용가능한 불충분한 대역폭이 있는 것으로 결정될 때까지 상기 (a) 내지 (c)단계를 반복함으로써 기타 선택된 CPE를 개별적으로 계속 송신하는 단계;(e)멀티캐스트 및 브로드캐스트 송신 공정을 개시하는 단계;(f)어떠한 개별 CPE 송신이 상기 (c)단계에서 개시되는지를 결정하는 단계;(g)상기 (c)단계에서 어떠한 개별 CPE 송신이 개시되지 않는다면 방법을 종료하며, 그렇지않으면 상기 (c)단계에서 송신된 CPE로부터 개별적인 대역폭 요청을 대기하는 단계;(h)선택된 CPE로부터 대역폭 요청을 수신하는 단계: 및(i)대역폭 배치 공정을 개시하고 선택된 CPE에 대하여 상기 (h)단계에 수신된 대역폭 요청을 전송하여 업링크 서브프레임 맵내에 대역폭을 배치하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 대역폭 배치 방법

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (e)도중 개시된 멀티캐스트 및 브로드캐스트 송신 공정은(a)멀티캐스트 전송을 수행하기에 이용가능할 정도로 충분한 대역폭인지를 결정하는 단계;(b)충분한 대역폭이 상기 (a)단계에 이용가능한지를 결정하고 전송하려는 다음번 멀티캐스트 그룹을 송신하고 (a)단계로 회귀하며, 그렇지않으면 (c)단계로 진행하는 단계;(c)브로드캐스트 전송을 수행하기에 이용가능할 정도로 충분한 대역폭인지를 결정하는 단계:(d)상기 (c)단계에 이용가능할 정도로 충분한 대역폭이 결정되면 업링크 서브프레임 맵내에 브로드캐스트 전송을 재치하며, 그렇지않으면 다음 (e)단계를 진행하는 단계;(e)상기 (b) 혹은 (d)단계에서 멀티캐스트 혹은 브로드캐스트 전송이 수행되었는지를 결정하는 단계:(f)상기 (e)단계도중 멀티캐스트 혹은 브로드캐스트 전송이 수행되는 것으로 결정되면 상기 업링크 서브프레임 맵에 의해 정의된 대역폭 요청 다툼 시간대내 대역폭 요청 메세지를 모니터하며, 그렇지 않으면 멀티캐스트와 브로트캐스트 송신 공정을 종료하는 단계;(g)유효 대역폭 요청이 수신되었는지를 결정하는 단계; 및(h)복수개의 CPE에 배치된 대역폭을 반영하도록 업링크 서브프레임 맵을 변조하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대역폭 배치 방법
