Description
Claims (33)
- 통로 방향이 서로 평행인 복수개의 셀 통로를 갖는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체로서, 상기 셀 통로를 이격시키는 격벽끼리의 교차부는 상기 셀 통로에 수직인 단면에서 소정 거리를 유지하면서 규칙적인 위치에 형성되고, 상기 교차부를 제외한 상기 격벽의 벽면부는 셀 통로 방향 및 상기 셀 통로 방향에 수직인 단면 방향의 양방향 모두에서 파상 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀 통로 각각에서 대향하는 한쌍의 상기 격벽의 벽면부는, 한쪽 벽면부의 요철과 다른 쪽 벽면부의 요철이 볼록면은 볼록면끼리 및 오목면은 오목면끼리 서로 마주보도록 하거나, 또는 볼록면과 오목면이 서로 마주보도록 각각 파상 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파상 형태로 형성된 상기 벽면부와, 평면상으로 형성된 벽면부가 혼재하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 셀 통로의 각각에서 상기 각 셀 통로를 형성하는 복수개의 격벽 중 하나 이상이 파상 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 파상 형태로 형성된 상기 격벽에서의 파상 형태의 변형을 중심부보다 외주부에서 더 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 파상 형태로 형성된 상기 격벽에서의 파상 형태의 변형 진폭량은 상기 격벽의 두께의 150% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 셀 통로 방향으로 형성된 파상 형태의 벽면부의 볼록면의 정점부 또는/및 오목면의 최저부를 연결하는 선이 상기 벽면 상에 있고, 상기 셀 통로 방향에 수직 방향으로 굴곡을 반복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 파상 형태로 형성된 상기 격벽의 상기 벽면부에 의해서 형성된 셀 통로와, 평면상으로 형성된 격벽의 벽면부에 의해서 형성되는 셀 통로가 불연속적으로 나타나 혼재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,단면에서 중심으로부터 대략 원형으로 형성되는 셀 통로 영역 A와, 상기 셀통로 영역 A의 외측에 대략 고리 형태로 형성되는 셀 통로 영역 B로 이루어지고,상기 셀 통로 영역 A는 파상 형태로 형성된 상기 격벽의 상기 벽면부에 의해서 형성되는 셀 통로를 포함하고,상기 셀 통로 영역 B는 평면상으로 형성된 격벽의 벽면부에 의해서 형성되는 셀 통로로 이루어지고,상기 셀 통로 영역 B 내의 셀 통로의 격벽 두께가 상기 셀 통로 영역 A 내의 셀 통로의 격벽 두께보다 더 두껍고, 또한 내주부에서 외주부에 걸쳐서 단계적으로 두껍게 되거나 또는 영역 B와 영역 A의 경계 부근에서만 단계적으로 두껍게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 코디어라이트, 알루미나, 물라이트, 리튬 알루미늄 실리케이트, 티탄산알루미늄, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 질소화규소, 질소화알루미늄 및 탄화규소의 세라믹 재료 중 1종 또는 이들의 복합물, 또는 스테인레스강, 알루미늄 합금, 또는 활성탄, 실리카겔 또는 제올라이트의 흡착 재료 중의 1종을 재료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 사용하는 상기 재료의 다공성은 45% 내지 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제11항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용한 미립자 제거용 필터로서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 소정 셀 통로의 한쪽 단부를 밀봉하는 동시에, 나머지 셀 통로의 다른 쪽 단부를 밀봉함으로써 셀 통로를 구획하는 격벽을 여과층으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거용 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 파상벽 표면 거칠기는 골짜기 레벨이 10% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거용 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 격벽 두께는 약 0.20 mm 내지 1.20 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거용 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 셀 밀도는 약 50 cpsi 내지 600 cpsi(셀/평방인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거용 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 자동차의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 담체로서 이용되고, 촉매를 벌집형 구조체의 셀 격벽 표면 및/또는 격벽 내부의 미세 공극내에 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 격벽 두께는 약 0.01 mm 내지 0.12 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 셀 밀도는 약 200 cpsi 내지 3000 cpsi(셀/평방인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터.
- 제19항에 있어서, 촉매 성분은 삼원 촉매, 산화 촉매, NOx 환원 촉매, 및 황화물, 휘발성 유기물 가스 VOC(Gaseous Organic Compounds) 다이옥신류 분해 제거 촉매 중의 1종 이상 또는 이들의 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터.
- 제19항에 의한 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터와, 촉매를 통상의 평면벽 벌집형 구조체에 담지한 촉매 컨버터를 교대로 복수개 직렬로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터 시스템.
- 배기의 상류측에 제19항에 의한 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터를 배치하고, 배기의 하류측에 제12항에 의한 미립자 제거용 필터 또는 통상의 평면벽 벌집형 구조체로 이루어진 미립자 제거용 필터를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터 시스템.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 제거용 필터 모두는 쉽게 교환 가능한 카트리지 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터 시스템.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하여 이루어지고, 배기 가스 중의 입자 상태의 물질을 포집하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템으로서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 대전시켜 상기 입자 상태의 물질을 전기적으로 포집하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하여 이루어지고, 배기 가스 중의 입자 상태의 물질을 포집하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템으로서, 비열 평형 플라즈마 또는 마이크로파 방전 플라즈마를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하여 이루어지고, 연료 휘발 성분의 외부 누출을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크용 증발화 시스템.
- 제24항 또는 제25항에 있어서, 상기 파상벽 벌집형 구조체가, 용이하게 교환 가능한 카트리지 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템용 성분.
- 제16항에 의한 파상벽 벌집형 구조체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 인접하는 관통 구멍의 원료 유동 저항을 다르게 한 백 플레이트를 압출 성형용 노즐 부재로서 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 백 플레이트는 외주부에서 중심부를 향하여 두께가 변화되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제30항 또는 제31항에 있어서, 상기 백 플레이트는 관통 구멍 A와 관통 구멍 B의 구멍 지름을 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 금속박에 파상 형상을 소성 가공에 의해 미리 형성해 두고, 이 금속박을 주름 형상으로 감아서 금속제 벌집형 구조체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파상벽 벌집형 구조체의 제조 방법.
