Claims (10)
- 탄소 지지체로서 H 함량이 >4000ppm인 카본 블랙과 촉매 활성 성분으로서 백금 또는 이금속 또는 다금속으로 도핑되거나 합금된 백금을 포함하는 전기촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금이 Ru, Sn, W, Mo, Fe, V, Mn, Co, Cr, Ni, Pd, Rh 및 Ir로 이루어진 그룹으로부터의 원소로 도핑되거나 합금되는 전기촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금과 도핑 또는 합금 성분간의 원자 비가 9:1 내지 1:9인 전기촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금이 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하는 전기촉매.
- 귀금속 염 용액 및 임의의 도핑되거나 합금된 원소의 염 용액을 동시에, 연속적으로 또는, 귀금속 예비 촉매의 선제조 후에 2단계 공정으로 H 함량이 >4000ppm인 카본 블랙의 현탁액에 가하고, (귀)금속 염 용액을 염기성 화합물을 사용하여 가수분해시키고, 귀금속과 다른 금속의 완전 환원이 환원제로 환원시킴으로써 수행됨을 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 전기촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 습윤 화학 방법으로 전기촉매를 제조한 후, 열처리가 불활성 가스 또는 환원 대기하에 0 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 전기촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 소수성화된 전도성 기재 위에 다공성 촉매 층을 포함하는 막 연료 전지의 음극 또는 양극측을 위한 가스 확산 전극.
- 음극 및 양극측 위의 촉매 활성 층이 제1항에 따르는 전기촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 막 연료 전지용 촉매 피복된 양성자 전도 중합체 막.
- 음극 및 양극측 위의 촉매 층이 제1항에 따르는 전기촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 양성자 전도 중합체 막과 음극 및 양극 양측에 위치하고 있는 가스 확산 전극을 포함하는 막 연료 전지용 막 전극 어셈블리.
- 음극 및 양극측에 제7항에 따르는 가스 확산 전극을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 막과 음극 및 양극측에 가스 확산 전극을 포함하는 막 연료 전지용 막 전극 어셈블리.
