Claims (51)
- 중합체 물품을 불소화하여 제조된 불소처리된 표면 (surface fluorination)을 갖는 표면 개질 중합체 물품을 포함하는 엘렉트릿 (electret).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 ESCA에 의해 검출할 때 약 45 원자% 이상의 불소를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 CF3:CF2측정 방법 (Method for Determining CF3:CF2)에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.25 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.45 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 품질 인자 (Quality Factor)가 약 0.25/㎜H2O 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 품질 인자가 약 0.5/㎜H2O 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 품질 인자가 약 1/㎜H2O 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 부직 중합성 섬유상 웹을 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 할로겐화 폴리비닐, 폴리스티렌 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 섬유를 포함하는 부직 중합성 섬유상 웹을 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상 웹이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리-(4-메틸-1-펜텐) 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 섬유를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 용융취입(meltblown) 미세섬유를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- ESCA에 의해 검출할 때 약 45 원자% 이상의 불소를 포함하고 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.45 이상인 중합체 물품을 포함하는 엘렉트릿.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품의 CF3:CF2비가 0.9보다 큰 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 물품의 품질 인자가 약 1/㎜H2O 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리-(4-메틸-1-펜텐) 또는 이들의 조합물을 함유하는 섬유를 포함하는 부직 중합성 섬유상 웹을 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 유효 섬유 직경이 50 ㎛ 이하, 바람직하게는 3 내지 30 ㎛, 더욱 바람직하게는 7 내지 15 ㎛인 용융취입 미세섬유인 엘렉트릿.
- ESCA에 의해 검출할 때 약 50 원자% 이상의 불소를 포함하고 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.25 이상인 중합체 물품을 포함하는 엘렉트릿.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물품이 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.45 이상, 바람직하게는 CF3:CF2비가 약 0.9보다 큰 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물품이 품질 인자가 약 0.5/㎜H2O 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제23항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상 웹이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리-(4-메틸-1-펜텐) 또는 이들의 조합물을 함유하는 용융취입 미세섬유를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 중합체 미세섬유를 포함하는 부직 웹 (이 웹은 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 CF3및 CF2를 약 0.45 이상의 CF3:CF2비로 포함하는 불소화된 표면을 갖는다)을 포함하는 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항에 있어서, 품질 인자가 약 1.0/㎜H2O 이상인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 ESCA에 의해 검출할 때 약 45 원자% 이상의 불소의 불소화된 표면을 갖는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 CF3:CF2비가 0.9 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 유효 섬유 직경이 1 내지 50 ㎛인 용융취입 미세섬유인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 유효 섬유 직경이 3 내지 30 ㎛, 바람직하게는 7 내지 15 ㎛인 용융취입 미세섬유인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 저항이 1014Ω(ohm)-㎝ 미만인 수지로부터 제조된 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직 웹이 기본 중량이 10 내지 100 g/㎡인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직 웹이 두께가 0.25 내지 20 ㎜인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 기체상으로부터 부직 웹으로 불소 함유 화학종을 전달함으로써 불소화된 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제32항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 부직 웹을 불소 함유 화학종을 포함하는 대기에 노출시킴으로써 불소화된 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 대기가 제어된 대기인 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 제어된 대기가 산소가 없는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제33항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 불소 함유 화학종이 불소 원자, 원소 불소 또는 플루오로카본를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제21항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유가 DC 코로나 방전 공정을 통해 전기 하전된 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 중합체 물품을 불소화시켜 불소화된 표면을 갖는 물품을 제조하고;상기 불소화된 물품을 엘렉트릿을 제조하기에 충분한 방식으로 하전시키는 것을 포함하는 엘렉트릿의 제조 방법.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물품이 유효 섬유 직경이 1 내지 50 ㎛인 미세섬유를 함유하는 부직 웹인 것인 방법.
- 제38항 또는 제39항에 있어서, 불소화된 물품을 엘렉트릿을 제조하기에 충분한 방식으로 물과 접촉시키고 이 물품을 건조시킴으로써 불소화된 물품을 하전시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제38항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소화된 물품 상에 수제트 (jet of water) 또는 수적(water droplet) 스트림을 압력 하에 엘렉트릿을 제조하기에 충분한 기간 동안 충돌시키고 이 물품을 건조시킴으로써 불소화된 물품을 하전시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제38항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소화된 물품을 제조하기 위해 전기 방전의 존재 하에 중합체 물품을 불소화하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제38항 내지 제41항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대기압에서 교류 전류 코로나 방전의 존재 하에 중합체 물품을 불소화하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제38항 내지 제42항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원소 불소, 플루오로카본, 히드로플루오로카본, 불화 황, 불화 질소 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 불소 함유 화학종을 포함하는 대기 중에서 중합체 물품을 불소화하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 불소 함유 화학종이 C5F12, C2F6, CF4, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, SF6, NF3또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 원소 불소를 포함하는 대기 중에서 중합체 물품을 불소화하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제39항에 있어서, 상기 엘렉트릿이 섬유 표면에 CF3과 CF2기를 CF3:CF2측정 방법에 따라 측정할 때 약 0.45 이상의 CF3:CF2비로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제38항 내지 제47항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엘렉트릿을 제조하기 위해 불소화된 물품을 직류 코로나 방전으로 하전시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 불소화된 물품을 하전시키기 전에 불소화된 물품을 어닐링하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제49항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 엘렉트릿을 포함하는 필터.
- 제50항의 필터를 포함하는 호흡보호구(respirator).
