Abstract
Description
유럽 특허 공개 제0 850 692호에서는 양모와 합성 섬유의 혼방을 포함하는 섬유상 성분 및 과불화알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체 수지와 p-3급-부틸페놀 포름알데히드 수지를 포함하는 수지상 성분을 포함하며, 상기 수지상 성분은 섬유상 성분에 부착되어 있고, 섬유상 기재 성분과 수지상 성분은 둘 모두 정전기 하전 상태로 있는 것인 정전기 필터를 기술하였다.
미국 특허 제5,110,620호에서는 표면 상에 다양한 간격으로 이격된 미립자 형태의 1종 이상의 고상 재료를 갖는 다공성 시트의 표면을 제공하는 단계 {상기 재료는 (1) 실온에서 고상이며 유기 카르복시산, 카르복실산의 금속염, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 셀룰로스 또는 폴리비닐 알코올로 이루어지는 유기 재료; (2) 특정 무기 재료; 및 (3) 특정 금속성 재료로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된다}; 및 후속적으로 표면 상에 상기 고상 재료를 갖는 다공성 시트를 대전시키는 단계를 포함하는, 엘렉트릿 시트의 제조 방법을 기술하였다.
유럽 특허 공개 제0 616 831호는 폴리프로필렌 엘렉트릿 섬유와 용융 가공성 불화화합물 첨가제를 포함하며, 상기 첨가제는 융점이 25℃ 이상이고 분자량이 500 내지 2,500인 것인 유성 미스트 저항성 엘렉트릿 필터 매체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (51)
- 중합체 물품을 불소화하여 제조된 불소처리된 표면 (surface fluorination)을 갖는 표면 개질 중합체 물품을 포함하는 엘렉트릿 (electret).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 ESCA에 의해 검출할 때 45 원자% 이상의 불소를 포함하는 것인 엘렉트릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 중합체 물품이 CF3:CF2 측정 방법 (Method for Determining CF3:CF2)에 따라 측정할 때 CF3:CF2 비가 0.25 이상인 것인 엘렉트릿.
