Claims (12)
- 하기 조건 (A-1) 내지 (A-4)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매의 존재하의 기체상 중합법으로 수득된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체:(A-1) 용융 유속 (MFR): 0.3 내지 5.0 g/10 분(A-2) 용융 유속비 (MFRR): 20 이상(A-3) 밀도 (d): 0.910 내지 0.930 g/cm3(A-4) 냉 크실렌-가용부 (CXS) (중량%)는 하기 식 (1)로 정의된 범위이다:1.5 ×10-4×d-125×MFR0.5+ 0.3 ≥CXS 식(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 조건 (A-1) 내지 (A-4)에 덧붙여 하기 조건 (A-5) 및 (A-6)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체:(A-5): 시차주사형 열량계 (DSC)로 측정된 총 용융열량에 대한 110 ℃ 이하에서의 용융 열량비(HL110)는 하기 식(3)으로 정의된 범위이다:-68858 ×d2+ 124830 ×d - 56505 ≥HL110 식(3)(A-6): 조성분포변동계수 Cx ≤0.85.
- 촉매 존재하의 기체상 중합법으로 수득된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(성분 (A)) 60 내지 95 중량% 및 고압 라디칼 중합법으로 수득된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(성분 (B)) 5 내지 40 중량%를 함유하는 (성분(A)와 성분(B)의 총량은 100 중량%) 폴리에틸렌 조성물로, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(성분 (A))가 하기 조건 (A-1) 내지 (A-4)를 만족하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:(A-1) 용융 유속 (MFR): 0.3 내지 5.0 g/10 분(A-2) 용융 유속비 (MFRR): 20 이상(A-3) 밀도 (d): 0.910 내지 0.930 g/cm3(A-4) 냉 크실렌-가용부 (CXS) (중량%)는 하기 식 (1)로 정의된 범위이다:1.5 ×10-4×d-125×MFR0.5+ 0.3 ≥CXS 식(1).
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(성분 (A)) 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(성분 (B))를 100 중량부로 하여, 0.05 내지 0.60 중량부의 항-블록킹제 (성분(C)) 및 0.05 내지 0.35 중량부의 윤활제 (성분(D))를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (성분(B))가 하기 조건 (B-1) 내지 (B-2)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:(B-1): 용융 유속 (MFR): 0.1 내지 10 g/10분(B-2): 팽윤비 (SR): 1.40 내지 1.60.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 조성물의 용융 장력이 1.8 내지 5.5 g인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (성분(B))가 조건 (B-1) 및 (B-2)에 덧붙여 하기 조건 (B-3)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:(B-3): 팽윤비 (SR)은 하기 식 (4)로 정의된 범위이다:-0.09(log MFR)2+ 0.23 log MFR + 0.04 ×20/Bwt+ 1.35 〈 SR〈 -0.09(log MFR)2+ 0.23 log MFR + 0.04 ×20/Bwt+ 1.50 식(4)(식중, Bwt는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 성분 (B)의 비율을 나타낸다 (단위: 중량%)).
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 (성분 (A))가 조건 (A-1) 및 (A-4)에 덧붙여, 하기 조건 (A-5) 및 (A-6)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:(A-5): 시차주사형 열량계 (DSC)로 측정된 총 용융열량에 대한 110 ℃ 이하에서의 용융 열량비(HL110)는 하기 식(3)으로 정의된 범위이다:-68858 ×d2+ 124830 ×d - 56505 ≥HL110 식(3)(A-6): 조성분포변동계수 Cx ≤0.85.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 항-블록킹제 (성분(C))가 평균 입자크기가 1 내지 10 ㎛ 이고 원형도 계수가 0.600 이상인 항-블록킹제인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제 (성분 (D))가 유기 지방산 아미드-기재 윤활제인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 조성물로 제조된 필름.
- 제 4 항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 조성물로 제조된 필름.
