Claims (11)
- 다음의 단량체들로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지가 달린 중합체 :(A) 한가지 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 50 ∼ 93 중량%(B) 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 20,000인 한가지 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 거대 단량체 2 ∼ 25 중량%와(C) 한가지 이상의 중합가능한 이미다졸 유도체 5 ∼ 25 중량%.여기서, 성분 (A), 성분 (B)와 성분 (C)의 합계를 100 중량%가 되게 하여, 상기 중합체의 분자량이 15,000 ∼ 100,000이고, 선택적으로 염의 형태로 존재한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 5 ∼ 15 중량% 그리고 성분 (C)가 10 ∼ 20 중량%의 양으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체.
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중의 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 중합체의 분자량이 25,000 ∼ 75,000, 바람직하기로는 30,000 ∼ 50,000인 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 항 이상에 있어서, 성분 (A)가 선택적으로 하이드록시알킬 또는 알킬 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 아크릴레이트 또는 메틸아크릴레이트, 스티렌 또는 이의 유도체 또는 비닐 에테르이며, 성분 (B)가 말단에 메타크릴레이트의 관능기로 이루어진 폴리(메타)크릴레이트 또는 모노비닐이 말단의 폴리디메틸실록산 그리고 성분 (C)가 N-비닐이미다졸인 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 가지 달린 중합체가 지방산, 하이드록시카르복실산, 설폰산, 설페이트, 산성의 포스페이트 또는 무기산의 염의 형태로 존재하는 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체.
- (A) 한가지 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 50 ∼ 93 중량%(B) 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 20,000인 한가지 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 거대 단량체 2 ∼ 25 중량%와(C) 한가지 이상의 중합가능한 이미다졸 유도체 5 ∼ 25 중량%.로 이루어진 상기의 단량체 혼합물을 50 ∼ 180℃의 온도에서 유기 용매와 최소한 하나의 래디칼 개시제의 존재하에서 자유-래디칼 중합을 시키며 이와 같이 얻어진 중합체는 선택적으로 이의 염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지 달린 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 에스테르이며 래디칼 개시제가 퍼옥사이드 또는 아조 화합물인 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 7 항 중의 한 항 이상에 있어서, 반응온도가 90 ∼ 150℃인 것이 특징인 가지 달린 중합체의 제조방법.
- 페인트 및/또는 페이스트 제조용 분산제 및/또는 안료 및/또는 선택적으로 결합제와 혼합한 충전제를 함유한 몰딩 조성물로서 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한가지 이상의 중합체의 용도.
- 분말상 또는 섬유상 고체의 코팅용으로 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 한 항 이상의 중합체의 용도.
- 분산되는 고체를 기준으로 가지 달린 중합체가 0.5 ∼ 100 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 제 9항 내지 제 10항 중의 한 항 이상의 용도.
