Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 I의 거울상이성체 혼합물을 분할하는 단계를 포함하는 R-(+)-6-카르복사미도-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸의 제조 방법.〈화학식 I〉
- 제1항에 있어서, 거울상이성체의 분할이 상기 혼합물을 L-피로글루탐산으로 처리하여 달성되는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 화합물이 거울상이성체의 라세미 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- R-(+)-6-시아노-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸, 또는 그의 염 또는 용매화합물을 가수분해시킨 후, 임의로는 염을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, R-(+)-6-카르복사미도-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸, 또는 그의 염 또는 용매화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(a) 6-시아노-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸의 거울상이성체 혼합물을 분할하여 R-(+)-6-시아노-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸, 또는 그의 염 또는 용매화합물을 얻는 단계, 및(b) R-(+)-6-시아노-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸, 또는 그의 염 또는 용매화합물을 가수분해한 후, 임의로는 염을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 R-(+)-6-카르복사미도-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸, 또는 그의 염 또는 용매화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 6-시아노-3-N-메틸아미노-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로카르바졸이 4-시아노페닐 히드라진을 4-메틸아미노시클로헥사논 또는 그의 보호 유도체와 반응시켜 제조되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 4-메틸아미노시클로헥사논의 보호 유도체가 4-메틸아미노시클로헥사논 (2',2'-디메틸트리메틸렌) 케탈 염산염인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 4-메틸아미노시클로헥사논 (2',2'-디메틸트리메틸렌) 케탈 염산염이 1,4-시클로헥산디온 모노-2,2-디메틸트리메틸렌 케탈을 메틸아민과 반응시켜 제조되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본 명세서에 기재된 바와 같은 단계 (ⅰ) 내지 (ⅳ)에 이어서 임의로는 염의 형성을 포함하는 방법.
