Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 반복단위를 함유하는, 환원점도가 0.05 ∼ 5.0 dl/g (온도 30 ℃ 의 N-메틸피롤리돈 중, 농도 0.5 g/dl) 인 폴리아미드산 화합물, 또는 그 폴리아미드산 화합물을 이미드화함으로써 얻어지는 폴리이미드 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향 처리제:〈화학식 I〉(식 중, R1은 2 ∼ 5 개의 고리가 축환된 지환구조를 가지고 있고, 또한 모든 카르보닐기가 지환구조에 직결되어 있으며, 그 카르보닐기가 지환구조의 인접하는 탄소에 결합되어 있지 않은 테트라카르복실산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기이고, R2는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가의 유기기이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 의 R1이 하기 화학식 II로 표시되는 테트라카르복실산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기인 액정배향 처리제:〈화학식 II〉(식 중, X1, X2, X3, X4는 각각 독립적으로 단일결합 또는 메틸렌기이며, m 은 1 ∼ 3 의 정수를 나타낸다).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 의 R1이 하기 화학식 III로 표시되는 테트라카르복실산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기인 액정배향 처리제:
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 III이 하기 화학식 IV 내지 VI의 이성체에서 선택되는 단일성분, 또는 그들의 혼합물인 액정배향 처리제:〈화학식 IV〉〈화학식 V〉〈화학식 VI〉
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 로 표시되는 폴리아미드산 화합물을 이미드화한 폴리이미드의 이미드화율 a % 가 0 〈 a ≤100 % 인 중합체에서 선택되는 1종류 이상을 함유하는 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 에서의 R2가 탄소수 6 이상의 장쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 이상의 불소함유 알킬기를 갖는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가의 유기기를 함유하는 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 로 표시되는 폴리아미드산 화합물 또는 그 폴리아미드산 화합물을 이미드화함으로써 얻어지는 폴리이미드 화합물이, 하기 화학식 VII로 표시되는, 환원점도가 0.05 ∼ 5.0 dl/g (온도 30 ℃ 의 N-메틸피롤리돈 중, 농도 0.5 g/dl) 인 폴리아미드산 화합물과, 전체 중합체 중량에 대해 10 중량% 이상 혼합되어 있는 액정배향 처리제:〈화학식 VII〉(식 중, R3은 테트라카르복실산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기이며, R4는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가의 유기기이다).
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 화학식 VII 의 폴리아미드산 화합물에 있어서, R3이 지방족의 테트라카르복실산 이무수물을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정배향 처리제를 기판상에 도포, 소성하고, 이어서 그 도막표면을 러빙처리하여 이루어진 액정배향막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정배향 처리제를 기판상에 도포, 소성하고, 이어서 그 도막표면을 러빙처리하여 이루어진 액정배향막을 사용한 액정소자.
