Claims (16)

- 인간 유두종 비루스 캡소미어를 포함하는 백신 제제로서, 여기서, 캡소미어가 비루스형 입자의 형성에 필수적인 하나 이상의 아미노산 잔기의 결실을 보유하는 절단형 인간 유두종 비루스 L1 단백질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캡소미어가 제2 단백질에서 유래한 절단형 인간 유두종 비루스 L1 단백질 인접 아미노산 잔기를 포함하는 융합 단백질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, L1 단백질이 HPV6, HPV11, HPV16, HPV18, HPV33, HPV35 및 HPV45로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 인간 유두종 비루스의 게놈에 암호화되어 있는 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유두종 비루스가 HPV16인 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 카르복시 말단 아미노산 잔기가 L1 단백질로부터 결실된 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1 내지 34개의 카르복시 말단 아미노산 잔기가 L1 단백질로부터 결실된 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 34개의 카르복시 말단 아미노산 잔기가 L1 단백질로부터 결실된 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 아미노 말단 아미노산 잔기가 L1 단백질로부터 결실된 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 내부 아미노산 잔기가 L1 단백질로부터 결실된 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제10항에 있어서, L1 단백질로부터 결실된 아미노산 잔기가 핵의 위치 신호를 포함하는 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제2 단백질에서 유래한 아미노산 잔기가 HPV 단백질로부터 유래한 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제12항에 있어서, HPV 단백질이 초기 HPV 단백질인 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 초기 HPV 단백질이 E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6 및 E7로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 백신 제제.
- HPV 감염 레벨을 감소시키는 데 유효한 양의 제1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13 또는 14항에 따른 백신 제제를 그 필요 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 HPV 비루스로 감염된 개체의 치료 방법.
