Claims (22)
- 페인트 필름 조립체(20)로서,광택 및 DOI(Distinctness Of Image)가 높은 열성형 가능한 페인트 필름(22)과,열성형 가능한 보호된(masked) 페인트 필름(32)을 형성하도록 상기 페인트 필름(22)에 접합되며 이로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있는 우레탄층(28)이 포함되는 열성형 가능한 보호용(masking) 필름(24)이 포함되고,상기 보호용 필름(24)은 상기 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있으며, 상기 우레탄층(28)은 작업하기에 적합하므로 상기 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 열성형하고 상기 보호용 필름(24)을 상기 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 분리한 후에 상기 페인트 필름(22)의 높은 광택 및 DOI가 적어도 실질적으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 주조된 수성계 우레탄층(28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 작업을 하기에 적합하므로 상기 보호된 페인트 필름(32)의 열성형 중에 상기 페인트 필름(22)과 실질적으로 동일한 정도로 연신되며, 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 상기 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 열성형한 후에 냉각하는 경우 실질적으로 상기 페인트 필름(22)과 유사한 정도로 회복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호용 필름(24)에는 열성형 중에 적어도 상기 페인트 필름(22) 정도의 강성이 구비되며, 가열 상태로부터 냉각된 후에 실질적인 기억 효과를 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 상기 페인트 필름(22)에 충분히 접합되어 상기 보호된 페인트 필름(24)의 열성형 중에 실질적으로 분리되지 않고 거기에 부착된 상태로 유지되지만, 열성형 후에는 역시 상기 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 상기 페인트 필름(22)에 충분히 접합되어 상기 보호된 페인트 필름(32)의 성형 중에 거기에 부착된 상태로 유지되지만, 성형 후에는 상기 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페인트 필름(22)은 금속성 박편을 함유하는 착색 피막층(42)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페인트 필름(22) 및 상기 보호용 필름(24)은 개별적으로 형성되고, 상기 페인트 필름(22)은 한 쪽 표면에 높은 광택 및 DOI 마무리 처리를 나타내며, 상기 보호용 필름(24)는 한 쪽 표면에 고광택 마무리 처리를 나타내고, 상기 페인트 필름(22) 및 보호용 필름(24)은 각각의 한 쪽 표면이 다른 것의 표면과 마주보도록 서로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페인트 필름 조립체(20)에는 상기 페인트 필름이 접합되는 기재(94)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 기재(94)는 성형된 플라스틱 물품인 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 페인트 필름 조립체(20)의 제조 방법으로서,광택 및 DOI가 높은 페인트 필름(22)을 제공하는 단계와,우레탄층이 포함되는 보호용 필름(24)을 제공하는 단계와,열성형 가능한 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 형성하기 위하여 보호용 필름(24)을 페인트 필름(22)에 그로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 접합하는 단계을 포함하고,우레탄층(28)은 보호된 페인트 필름(32)이 열성형되고 보호용 필름(24)이 분리된 후에 페인트 필름(22)이 원래의 높은 광택과 DOI를 적어도 실질적인 수준으로 유지하도록 작업을 가해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 접합 단계 전에 페인트 필름(22)과 보호용 필름(24)을 개별적으로 형성하는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 형성 단계에서는 페인트 필름(22)상의 마무리 처리된 표면(26)과 보호용 필름(24)상의 마무리 처리된 표면(30)이 만들어지고, 상기 접합 단계에는 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 형성하도록 페인트 필름(22)의 마무리 처리된 표면(26)과 보호용 필름(24)의 마무리 처리된 표면(30)을 함께 적층하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 개별적 형성 단계는,광택 및 DOI가 높은 페인트 필름(22)상에 마무리 처리된 표면(26)을 형성하기 위하여 높은 광택 및 DOI가 있는 제1 기재(48)의 표면(46)상에 페인트 필름(22)을 형성하는 단계와,광택 및 DOI가 높은 우레탄층(28)상에 마무리 처리된 표면(30)을 형성하기 위하여 광택 및 DOI가 높은 제2 기재(38)의 표면(36)상에 우레탄층(28)을 형성하는 단계와,상기 접합 단계 전에, 페인트 필름(22)을 제1 기재(48)로부터, 우레탄층(26)을 제2 기재(38)로부터 분리하는 단계와,상기 접합 단계에는 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 형성하기 위하여 페인트 필름(22)의 마무리 처리된 표면(26)과 우레탄층(28)의 마무리 처리된 표면(30)을 함께 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 제공되는 페인트 필름(22)은 투명 피막층(40)을 포함하고, 상기 페인트 층(22)의 형성 단계에는 광택 및 DOI가 높은 투명 피막층(40)상에 마무리 처리된 표면(26)을 형성하기 위하여 제1 기재(48)의 표면(46)상에 투명 피막(40)을 형성하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 제공되는 보호용 필름(24)은 주조된 우레탄층(28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 필요한 형상으로 열성형하는 단계와, 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 보호용 필름(24)을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 필요한 형상으로 열성형하는 단계와, 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 기재(94)에 접합하는 단계와, 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 보호용 필름(24)을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 필요한 형상으로 열성형하는 단계와, 보호된 페인트 필름(32)을 성형된 플라스틱 부분으로 삽입 성형하는 단계와, 페인트 필름(22)으로부터 보호용 필름(24)을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 제공되는 페인트 필름(22)은 금속성 박편이 함유된 착색 피막층(42)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페인트 필름(22)은 투명 피막층(40)에 적층된 착색 피막층(42)을 포함하고, 상기 투명 피막층(40)은 상기 보호용 필름(24)에 분리 가능하게 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 제공되는 페인트 필름(22)은 투명 피막층(40)에 적층되는 착색 피막층(42)을 포함하고, 상기 페인트 필름(22)과 보호용 필름(24)의 접합 단계에는 보호용 필름(24)이 투명 피막층(40)으로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 투명 피막층(40)과 보호용 필름(24)을 함께 접합하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인트 필름 조립체의 제조 방법.
