Claims (10)
- 전륜과 후륜의 차륜속도를 기초로 하여 전륜축과 후륜축 사이에서 제동력 분배를 조절하며, 오류가 발생하면 비상조치를 실시하는 제동력 분배 제어장치를 장착한 차량의 제동력 분배 제어방법에 있어서,오류가 발생하면 상기 제동력 분배 제어장치는 차량속도와 차량감속도에 따라 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 후륜의 제동압력은 차량이 큰 폭으로 감속하면 비상모드의 범위에서 소정의 제동력 작동함수를 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반제동 제어기(ABS)가 명령에 따르지 않거나 특정의 단일 오류가 인식되면 비상모드가 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비상모드에서 실제값은 가장 빠른 전륜 속도와 가장 느린 후륜 속도의 차이로 산출되며, 이 값을 설정값과 비교하여 소정의 허용오차 범위를 초과하는 경우에 후륜 제동력 제어는 실제값을 조정하여 허용오차 범위 내로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 외에 제동력 상승 제한 기능을 제시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전압 강하가 발생하는 경우 또는 리턴 펌프가 고장나는 경우나 후륜의 배기 밸브들 중 하나가 고장나는 경우에, 제동력 분배 제어장치가 후륜축에 부착된 흡입 밸브의 작동을 통하여서만 제어를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전수 센서가 고장나는 경우에, 회전수신호는 차륜의 회전수 센서를 통하여 동일 차량쪽에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차량속도는 차량에서 두 번째로 빠른 차륜의 회전수신호에 기초하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 개의 회전수센서에 오류가 발생하는 경우에, 후륜 브레이크에서 제동력 제한이 실시되며, 이때 차량이 정지되어 있는 상태에서 제동력이 유지되거나 제동력 상승 기능이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어방법.
- 전륜 및 후륜의 회전수신호를 기초로 하여 차량의 전륜축과 후륜축 사이에서 제동력을 분배하며, 브레이크 장치에서 고장이 인식되면 비상조치를 실시하는 오류 인식 수단을 구비한 차량의 제동력 분배 제어장치에 있어서,오류가 발생하면, 차량속도와 차량감속도가 소정의 최소값을 초과할 때 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 분배 제어장치.
