Claims (4)
- 양측이 C형 프레임에 의해 구성된 프레스 본체의 상측부분에, 상하 구동이 자유자재인 슬라이드를 설치한 프레스의 다이 높이 보정장치에 있어서,상기 C형 프레임의 적어도 한쪽의 측면에서, 하단측을 상기 C형 프레임에 피봇시키고, 상단측을 자유단으로 한 보조 프레임을 설치하고, 상기 보조 프레임의 상단측에 슬라이드 위치 검출 수단을 설치하여, 상기 보조 프레임의 상단측 및 상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단중 적어도 상기 보조 프레임의 상단측에 온도 검출수단을 설치하고,상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단이 검출한 슬라이드 위치를 기초로 슬라이드를 NC 제어함과 동시에, 상기 온도 검출수단에 의해 상기 보조 프레임 및 상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단 중 적어도 상기 보조 프레임의 온도를 검출하여, 상기 온도 검출 수단이 검출한 온도와 미리 설정된 기준 온도와의 비교에서 얻어진 온도 변화량을 기초로 상기 보조 프레임의 신축량과 슬라이드 위치 검출수단의 온도 드리프트량중 적어도 상기 보조 프레임의 신축량을 산출하여, 얻어진 값을 상기 NC 제어의 재령 값에 가감산하여 상기 지령값을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스의 다이 높이 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단에 온도 검출수단을 설치하여, 상기 온도 검출수단이 검출한 상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단의 온도와 미리 설정된 기준 온도와의 비교에 의해 얻어진 온도변화량을 기초로 상기 슬라이드 위치 검출수단의 온도 드리프트량을 산출하여, 얻어진 값도 상기 NC 제어의 지령값에 가감산하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스의 다이 높이 보정장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 프레임을 C형 프레임의 개구부 부근에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스의 다이 높이 보정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 프레임(5)의 단면형상을 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 거의 동일한 형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스의 다이 높이 보정장치.
