Claims (5)
- 신호 전극 열을 포함하는 액정 셀,방전 채널 행을 포함하는 플라즈마 셀, 및 상기 액정 셀을 상기 플라즈마 셀에 접합시키기 위한 중간 박판 유리를 포함하고, 상기 박판 유리는 상기 플라즈마 셀측의 상기 방전 채널들에서 발생된 자외선을 흡수하거나 반사시키는 기능을 가지고 있어 자외선이 상기 액정 셀측으로 입사되는 것을 방지하는 자외선 투과 방지층을 포함하는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 투과 방지층은 상기 박판 유리의 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 도포된 자외선 투과 방지막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 투과 방지막은 적어도 TiO2또는 ZnO을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이.
- 신호 전극 열을 포함한 액정 셀이 중간 박판 유리를 통해 방전 채널 행을 포함하는 플라즈마 셀에 접합되는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 박판 유리의 일표면 상에 자외선을 흡수하거나 반사시키는 기능을 가진 자외선 투과 방지막을 프린팅, 스핀-코팅, 기상 증착 또는 스퍼터링에 의해서 미리 형성하는 단계, 상기 박판 유리의 일측면 상에 상기 플라즈마 셀을 접합시키는 단계, 및 상기 박판 유리의 타측면 상에 상기 액정 셀을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이 제조 방법.
- 신호 전극 열을 포함하는 액정 셀이 중간 박판 유리를 통해 방전 채널 행을 포함하는 플라즈마 셀에 접합되는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 박판 유리의 양측 표면 상에 자외선을 흡수하거나 반사시키는 기능을 가진 자외선 투과 방지막을 담금(dipping)에 의해서 미리 도포하고, 상기 자외선 투과 방지막을 소성하는 단계, 상기 박판 유리의 일측면 상에 상기 플라즈마 셀을 접합시키는 단계, 및 상기 박판 유리의 타측면 상에 상기 액정 셀을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 액정 디스플레이 제조 방법.
