Abstract

본 고안은 대형차에 완충재 장착 구조에 관한 것으로서,특히 대형차 범퍼하단에 완충재를 설치하여 승용차와 충돌시 충격을 완화시키고,대형차 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지 하기 위한 것이다.
본 고안의 구성은 차체 프레임에 장착된 범퍼와,상기 범퍼하단에 고정볼트에 의해 설치된 연결부재와,상기 연결부재에 형성되어 충격을 완화시킬수 있는 완충재로 구성한다.

Description

대형차의 완충재 장착 구조
본 고안은 대형차의 완충재 장착 구조에 관한 것으로서,특히 대형차 범퍼하단에 완충재를 설치하여 승용차와 충돌시 충격을 완화시키고, 대형차 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지 하기 위한 것이다.
일반적으로 종래의 대형차는 도 1 과같이 차체 프레임(1)과, 상기 프레임(1)에 장착되어 충격을 흡수하는 범퍼(2)로 구성한다.
차량의 충돌사고에서 대형차와 소형 승용차가 충돌하면,특히 버스나 트럭,승합차는 바퀴가 크고,차체가 지면과 높아서 소형 승용차가 대형차 밑으로 들어가는 경우가 있다.
그러나,승용차도 차체에 충격을 흡수할수 있는 임팩트 빔과 범퍼에 의해 충돌시 충격을 흡수 하지만, 승용차 차체가 낮아서 차 윗부분이 대형차 범퍼와 부딪쳐 찌그려지므로 사람의 생명을 위협 할수 있어 대형사고를 일으킬수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
대형차의 범퍼하단에 승용차의 범퍼와 높이를 ㅁ추어 완충재를 설치함으로써,승용차와 충돌시 충격을 완화 시키고,승용차가 대형차 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지할수 있도록 한것이다.

본 고안의 대형차의 완충체 장착 구조는 도 2 및 도 3 과같이 차체 프레임(101)에 장착된 범퍼(102)와,상기 범퍼(102)하단에 고정볼트(103)에 의해 설치된 연결부재(104)와,상기 연결부재(104)에 형성되어 충격을 완화시킬수 있는 완충재(105)로 구성한다.
본 고안은 도 3 (가)와 같이 대형차 차정면 프레임(101)에 장착된 범퍼(102)하단에 승용차 범퍼와 같은 높이로 맞추어 고정볼트(103)에 의해 설치된 연결부재(104)와,상기 연결부재(104)에 형성된 완충재(105)를 설치하여,충돌시 승용차가 대형차 밑으로 들어가서 승용차의 윗부분이 찌그러지는 것을 방지 하고,대형차에 설치된 완충재(105)와 승용차의 범퍼가 서로 충돌하므로 충격을 완화 시킨다.
그리고 도 3 (나)와 같이 차후방 프레임(101)하단에도 완충재(105)를 설치하여 승용차가 후방에서 충돌하여도 충격을 흡수한다.
대형차의 범퍼하단에 완충재를 설치함으로써,승용차와 충돌시 충격을 완화시키고,대형차 밑으로 들어가는 것을 막아 대형사고를 방지 할수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 차체 프레임(101)에 장착된 범퍼(102)와,
    상기 범퍼(102)하단에 고정볼트(103)에 의해 설치된 연결부재(104)와,
    상기 연결부재(104)에 형성되어 충격을 완화시킬수 있는 완충재(105)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 대형차의 완충재 장착 구조.
