Abstract
[해결 수단] 본 발명의 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극은, 양극의 적어도 1개소에 굴곡부가 형성되어 이루어지는 전극체를 가지는 비수전해질 이차전지에 사용되는 것으로서, 양극 합제층의 단면에 대하여, 두께 방향의 중앙부로부터 표면측을 영역 A라고 하고, 집전체측을 영역 B라고 했을 때에, 영역 A 및 영역 B에 있어서의 바인더의 분포가 특정한 상태에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 본 발명의 비수전해질 이차전지는, 본 발명의 양극을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 양극, 음극 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하고, 또한 상기 양극의 적어도 1개소에 굴곡부가 형성되는 전극체와, 비수전해질이, 외장체 내에 수용되어 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지에 사용되는 양극으로서,
양극 집전체의 편면 또는 양면에 양극 합제층을 구비하고,
상기 양극 합제층은 적어도 양극 활물질과 바인더와 도전조제를 포함하고,
상기 양극 합제층의 밀도는 3.95g/㎤ 이상이고,
상기 양극 합제층의 단면에 대하여, 두께 방향의 중앙부로부터 표면측을 영역 A라고 하고, 집전체측을 영역 B라고 했을 때에, 이하의 방법으로 구해지는 a/b가 2 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극.
상기 양극 합제층의 단면에 대하여 SEM-EDX로 바인더 유래의 원소를 검출한다. 검출된 원소 중에서 바인더에 포함되는 원소에서 가장 많은 원소와, 다음으로 많은 원소의 2종을 선택하여, 각각 동일한 시야에 대해 원소 매핑을 행한다. 바인더 유래의 상기 2종의 원소의 매핑이 겹쳐져 있는 개소의 면적을 구하고, 상기 영역 A에 있어서의 상기 면적의 비율을 a, 상기 영역 B에 있어서의 상기 면적의 비율을 b로 하여, a/b를 구한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 밀도가 4.00g/㎤ 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 밀도가 4.10g/㎤ 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극. - 양극, 음극 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하고, 상기 양극의 적어도 1개소에 굴곡부가 형성되어 이루어지는 전극체와, 비수전해질이, 외장체 내에 수용되어 이루어지고, 전류 밀도가 3.85㎃/㎠ 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지에 사용되는 양극으로서,
양극 집전체의 편면 또는 양면에 양극 합제층을 구비하고,
상기 양극 합제층은 적어도 양극 활물질과 바인더와 도전조제를 포함하고,
상기 양극 합제층의 단면에 대하여, 두께 방향의 중앙부로부터 표면측을 영역 A라고 하고, 집전체측을 영역 B라고 했을 때에, 이하의 방법으로 구해지는 a/b가 2 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극.

상기 a/b가 10 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극. - 양극, 음극 및 세퍼레이터를 구비한 전극체와, 비수전해질이, 외장체 내에 수용되어 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지로서,
상기 양극은, 양극 집전체의 편면 또는 양면에 양극 합제층을 구비하고, 또한 적어도 1개소에 굴곡부를 포함하고,
상기 양극 합제층은 적어도 양극 활물질과 바인더와 도전조제를 포함하고,
상기 양극 합제층의 밀도는 3.95g/㎤ 이상이고,
상기 양극 합제층의 단면에 대하여, 두께 방향의 중앙부로부터 표면측을 영역 A라고 하고, 집전체측을 영역 B라고 했을 때에, 이하의 방법으로 구해지는 a/b가 2 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지.

상기 양극과 상기 세퍼레이터의 사이 및 상기 음극과 상기 세퍼레이터의 사이의 일방 또는 양방에, 접착층을 구비하고 있는 비수전해질 이차전지. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터는 편면 또는 양면에 접착층을 가지고 있는 비수전해질 이차전지.
