Claims (26)
- 하기를 포함하는 코팅된 필터 막:
다공성 중합체 필터 층, 및
다공성 중합체 필터 층의 표면에서의 비다공성 가교된 폴리아미드 필름 코팅 - 여기서, 폴리아미드 필름은 다중 관능성 가교제 없이, 코팅된 폴리아미드 물질을 자유-라디칼 공급원 물질 및 방사선 공급원에 노출시켜 가교됨 - . - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 시클릭 연결을 갖는 백본을 포함하는 것인 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시클릭 연결이 디-시클로헥세닐 연결인, 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 카프로락탐, 헥사메틸렌디아민 아디페이트, 및 시클릭 반응성 화합물 및 디-시클릭 반응성 화합물로부터 선택된 비-선형 단량체로부터 유도된 것인 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잔류 자유-라디칼 공급원 물질을 추가로 포함하는 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 중합체 필터 층이 5 내지 100 마이크로미터 범위의 두께를 갖는 것인 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 중합체 필터 층이 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 중합체 필터 층이 초고분자량 폴리프로필렌인 코팅된 필터 막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 코팅된 필터 막을 포함하는 필터.
- 하기를 포함하는, 코팅된 필터 막을 제조하는 방법:
다공성 중합체 필터 층의 표면 상에 중합체 용액을 코팅하는 단계이며, 중합체 용액은 폴리아미드 중합체, 용매, 및 자유-라디칼 공급원 물질을 포함하는 것인 단계 - 여기서, 중합체 용액은 다중 관능성 가교제를 포함하지 않음 - ;
중합체 용액의 폴리아미드를 표면 상에서 응고시키는 단계; 및
