Claims (17)
- (a) 고체 경구 투여 형태의 4 중량% 내지 60 중량% 농도의 트리나트륨 [3-((1S,3R)-1-바이페닐-4-일메틸-3-에톡시카르보닐-1-부틸카르바모일)프로피오네이트-(S)-3'-메틸-2'-(펜타노일{2"-(테트라졸-5-일레이트)바이페닐-4'-일메틸}아미노)부티레이트]헤미펜타히드레이트인 화합물; 및
(b) 1종 이상의 제약상 허용가능한 부형제
를 포함하는 정제 형태의 고체 경구 투여 형태로서,
여기서 상기 화합물은 단위 투여 형태 당 1:1 비의 발사르탄 유리산 및 N-(3-카르복시-1-옥소프로필)-(4S)-p-페닐페닐메틸)-4-아미노-2R-메틸부탄산 에틸 에스테르의 각각의 조합된 양에 해당하는 50, 100, 200, 또는 400 mg의 용량 농도로 존재하고,
상기 제약상 허용가능한 부형제는 (i) 미세결정성 셀룰로스, (ii) 히드록시프로필셀룰로스, (iii) 크로스포비돈, (iv) Mg, Ca 또는 Al 스테아레이트, (v) 무수 콜로이드성 실리카, 및 (vi) 활석을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 정제는 10분 후에 평균 40% (중량 기준) 이상의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하는 시험관내 용해 프로파일 나타내는 즉시-방출 제형인, 고체 경구 투여 형태. - 제1항에 있어서,
(i) 화합물이 단위 투여 형태 당 100 mg의 용량 농도로 존재하며, 10분 후에 평균 50%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 20분 후에 평균 85%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 30분 후에 평균 95%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하는 시험관내 용해 프로파일을 나타내거나; 또는
(ii) 화합물이 단위 투여 형태 당 200 mg의 용량 농도로 존재하며, 10분 후에 평균 50%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 20분 후에 평균 85%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 30분 후에 평균 95%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하는 시험관내 용해 프로파일을 나타내거나; 또는
(iii) 화합물이 단위 투여 형태 당 400 mg의 용량 농도로 존재하며, 10분 후에 평균 40%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 20분 후에 평균 70%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하며, 30분 후에 평균 90%의 발사르탄 유리산을 방출하는 시험관내 용해 프로파일을 나타내는,
고체 경구 투여 형태. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정제가 롤러 압착된 정제인 고체 경구 투여 형태.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Mg 스테아레이트가 1.0 내지 6.0 중량%의 양으로 사용되며, 무수 콜로이드성 실리카가 0.1 내지 2 중량%의 양으로 사용되며, 미세결정성 셀룰로스가 10 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 크로스포비돈이 1 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 고체 경구 투여 형태.
- (a) 트리나트륨 [3-((1S,3R)-1-바이페닐-4-일메틸-3-에톡시카르보닐-1-부틸카르바모일)프로피오네이트-(S)-3'-메틸-2'-(펜타노일{2"-(테트라졸-5-일레이트)바이페닐-4'-일메틸}아미노)부티레이트]헤미펜타히드레이트인 화합물을 1종 이상의 제약상 허용가능한 부형제와 혼합하여 블렌드를 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 블렌드를 롤러 압착으로 압착하는 단계;
(c) 추가의 제약상 허용가능한 부형제와 혼합하는 단계; 및
(d) 최종 블렌드를 고체 경구 투여 형태로 압축하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제3항에 따른 고체 경구 투여 형태의 제조 방법. - (a) 트리나트륨 [3-((1S,3R)-1-바이페닐-4-일메틸-3-에톡시카르보닐-1-부틸카르바모일)프로피오네이트-(S)-3'-메틸-2'-(펜타노일{2"-(테트라졸-5-일레이트)바이페닐-4'-일메틸}아미노)부티레이트]헤미펜타히드레이트인 화합물 및 제약상 허용가능한 부형제를 체가름하여(sieving) 체로 거른 물질을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 체로 거른 물질을 블렌딩하여 블렌딩된 물질을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 블렌딩된 물질을 롤러 압착으로 압착하여 압착 물질을 형성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 압착 물질을 분쇄하여 분쇄 물질을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제3항에 따른 고체 경구 투여 형태의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
(e) 상기 분쇄 물질을 추가의 제약상 허용가능한 부형제와 블렌딩하여 최종 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 최종 혼합물을 압축하여 정제를 형성하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
(g) 필름 코팅을 도포하여 필름 코팅된 정제를 수득하는 단계
