Claims (3)
- 적어도,
상온 상압에서는 서로 비상용 (非相溶) 인 2 종류 이상의 수지와 상온 상압에서 액상 또는 기체상인 용매를 혼합하는 공정 1 과,
상기 용매를 가열 및 가압하여 100 내지 700 ℃의 온도 및 0.5 내지 100 MPa의 압력의 유체 또는 초임계 유체로 하고, 이 상태에서 혼합하는 공정 2 와,
상기 공정 2 에서 얻어진 혼합물을 상온 상압으로 되돌리는 공정 3 과,
상기 공정 3 에서 얻어진 혼합물에 전리성 방사선을 조사하는 공정 4 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 얼로이의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
공정 4 에 있어서, 얻어지는 폴리머 얼로이에 대해 시차 주사 열량 측정 (DSC) 측정에 의해 관측되는 가장 높은 유동 온도보다 20 ℃ 높은 온도에서 측정한 점탄성 측정의 tanδ 값이 변형량 0.1 %, 주파수 10 Hz 의 조건하에서 1 이상이고, 또한, 가장 높은 유동 온도 이상으로 가열하여 냉각시킨 후에도 상 (相) 구조의 사이즈에 변화가 없는 범위의 조사량으로 전리성 방사선을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 얼로이의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리머 얼로이의 제조 방법을 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 얼로이.
