Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시형태 2에 관한 물분사식 스크류 압축기의 구성을 일부 절단하여 도시하는 평면도.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시형태 2에 관한, 도 2의 화살표 A-A를 나타내는 도면에 오일 순환 유로를 모식적으로 추기한 모식적 화살표 도면.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시형태 3에 관한 물분사식 스크류 압축기의 구성을 일부 절단하여 도시하는 평면도.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시형태 3에 관한 것으로, 도 4의 화살표 B-B를 나타내는 도면에 오일 순환 유로를 추기한 모식적 화살표 도면.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시형태 4에 관한 것으로, 도 3의 화살표 C-C에 해당하는 도면에 냉각수 및 오일의 흐름을 추기한 모식적 화살표 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 흡입한 기체를 물과 함께 압축하여 토출하는 물분사식 스크류 압축기이며,
내부에 로터실이 형성된 케이싱과,
상기 로터실에 회전 가능하게 수용되고, 회전하여 상기 로터실 내에 공급된 기체를 압축하는 암수 한 쌍의 스크류 로터와,
상기 스크류 로터를 회전 구동하는 구동 모터와,
상기 로터실에서 압축한 기체를 통과시키는 토출 유로와,
상기 토출 유로에 설치되어, 상기 압축 유체로부터 물과 기체를 분리하는 수분리기와,
상기 수분리기와 상기 압축기 본체를 접속하고, 상기 수분리기에서 분리된 물을 상기 로터실로 공급하기 위한 수류로와,
오일 펌프, 오일 필터 및 오일 저류용 하우징이 개재 장착되어, 윤활이 필요한 부위에 오일을 공급하기 위한 오일 순환 유로로 이루어지고,
여기서, 상기 수류로의 일부가, 상기 오일 저류용 하우징 내 하방에 형성되는 오일 저류부를 통과하며,
상기 오일 저류부에 있어서의 오일의 흐름 방향과, 상기 오일 저류부를 통과하는 상기 수류로의 일부에 있어서의 물의 흐름 방향이 대향 방향을 이루는, 물분사식 스크류 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서, 암수의 상기 스크류 로터의 단부에, 서로 맞물리는 동기 기어가 구비되고,
상기 동기 기어가, 상기 케이싱에 연결된 동기 기어 케이싱내 상방에 수용되는 동시에, 상기 오일 저류용 하우징은 상기 동기 기어 케이싱인, 물분사식 스크류 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크류 로터의 암수 어느 한쪽의 스크류 로터 단부와, 상기 구동 모터의 모터 축의 단부에, 서로 맞물리는 대소 기어로 이루어지는 증속기가 구비되고,
상기 증속기가, 상기 케이싱에 연결된 증속기 케이싱내 상방에 수용되는 동시에, 상기 오일 저류용 하우징은 상기 증속기 케이싱인, 물분사식 스크류 압축기. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오일 저류용 하우징의 내부에 있어서, 상기 동기 기어와 상기 오일 저류부의 사이에, 수평으로 배치된 구획 판형상 부재가 구비되고,
상기 구획 판형상 부재의 일단부측과 상기 오일 저류용 하우징의 내벽면 사이에 개구부가 형성되는 동시에,
상기 구획 판형상 부재의 타단부측의 상기 오일 저류부 하부의 하우징에 오일 유출구가 형성되고,
상기 오일 저류부를 통과하는 상기 수류로의 일부는, 상기 오일 저류부에 수평 배치된 관통 관로로 형성되는, 물분사식 스크류 압축기.
