Claims (2)
- ケーシングに形成したロータ室内に収容された雌雄咬合するスクリュロータにより対象気体を圧縮し、内部に水を噴射して前記スクリュロータの潤滑を行う水噴射式スクリュ圧縮機において、
前記ロータ室の端面を形成する隔壁部と前記スクリュロータのロータ軸の高圧側の軸受との間に、前記ロータ室側から順に、第1非接触シール、第2非接触シールおよびリップシールが設けられ、
前記隔壁部と前記第1非接触シールとの間に形成される流出空間を、前記ロータ室内の低圧空間または前記ロータ室に連通する前記対象気体の低圧流路に連通させる低圧連通路と、
前記第2非接触シールと前記リップシールとの間に形成される開放空間を、前記ケーシング外部に連通させて大気開放するよう当該開放空間底部に設けられた開放連通路と、
吐出した前記対象気体から前記水を分離する水回収器と、
前記水回収器において前記水を分離した前記対象気体を前記低圧流路よりも高圧の設定圧力まで減圧する減圧手段と、
前記減圧手段を介して前記対象気体が供給され、前記第1非接触シールと前記第2非接触シールとの間に形成される加圧空間に、前記低圧流路よりも高圧の前記対象気体を導入する加圧連通路と、
前記加圧空間または前記加圧連通路の圧力を検出する加圧圧力検出器と、
前記加圧圧力検出器の検出値が予め設定した加圧圧力範囲から外れたときに警報を発する警報装置とを備えることを特徴とする水噴射式スクリュ圧縮機。 - 前記流出空間、前記低圧連通路或いは前記低圧空間が連通する前記低圧空間または前記低圧流路の圧力を検出する低圧圧力検出器をさらに備え、
前記警報装置は、前記加圧圧力検出器の検出値と前記低圧圧力検出器の検出値との差圧が予め設定した差圧範囲から外れたときにも警報を発することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水噴射式スクリュ圧縮機。
