- 양파, 배, 호박, 수세미, 마늘, 포도, 민들레, 산수유, 오가피, 복분자, 오디, 오미자 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 껍질째 흐르는 물에 세척하는 1차 물 세척공정(제1공정)과;상기 제1공정의 원료를 초음파를 이용하여 세척하는 2차 초음파세척공정(제2공정)과;상기 제2공정의 원료를 200~400mesh로 분쇄하는 원료분쇄공정(제3공정)과;세척한 후 선별된 모시를 100~300mesh로 분쇄하는 모시분말 제조공정(제4공정)과;상기 제3공정의 분쇄된 원료와 제4공정의 모시분말을 혼합하는 원료?모시분말 혼합공정(제5공정)과;상기 제5공정의 원료?모시분말 혼합물을 90~110℃에서 3~5시간 가열추출하는 가열추출공정(제6공정)과;정제수에 구기자, 단삼, 구절초, 정향을 80~100℃에서 6~12시간 추출하는 한약재추출공정(제7공정)과;상기 제6공정의 원료?모시분말 혼합물추출액과 제7공정의 한약재추출액을 혼합하는 추출액 혼합공정(제8공정)과;상기 제8공정의 혼합추출액을 여과하는 여과공정(제9공정); 및상기 제9공정의 여과액을 100~120℃에서 4~6시간 멸균하는 멸균공정(제10공정)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건강음료 제조방법.
