Claims (6)
- 방전 용기 내에 한 쌍의 전극이 대향 배치되어 이루어진 쇼트아크형의 방전 램프와, 상기 램프로부터의 광을 집광하는 광학 소자를 구비하고,상기 광학 소자로부터 출사하는 광의 광축에 수직한 평면상에, 복수의 로드렌즈를 평행하게 배치하며,상기 복수의 로드렌즈가, 상기 광학 소자로부터 로드 렌즈에 입사하는 집광광을, 로드 렌즈의 길이 방향에 직교하는 방향으로 넓힘과 함께, 각 로드 렌즈에 의해 상기 방향으로 넓혀진 광을, 피조사면에서 서로 중첩시켜 선 형상으로 집광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조사기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 광학 소자는, 상기 방전 램프를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 상기 방전 램프로부터의 광을 반사하는 회전 타원면 형상의 반사면을 가지는 리플렉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 광조사기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 광학 소자는, 상기 방전 램프를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 상기 방전 램프로부터의 광을 반사하는 회전 포물면 형상의 반사면을 가지는 리플렉터와,상기 리플렉터로부터의 광을 집광하는 볼록 렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 광조사기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광조사기가 복수개 나란히 배치되고, 서로 인접하는 광조사기에 관한 광조사영역의 적어도 일부가, 광조사기 의 배열방향에 직교하는 방향에 대해서 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조사기.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 로드렌즈의 광출사측에, 로드렌즈의 축방향에 직교하는 방향으로 퍼지는 광을 반사하는 반사 미러를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광조사기.
- 광경화형의 액상 재료를 기재에 토출하는 잉크제트 헤드 및 상기 기재에 토출되어 착탄된 액상 재료를 경화시키기 위한 광을 조사하는 광조사기를 가지는 헤드부를 구비하여 이루어지고,해당 헤드부와 기재를 상대적으로 이동시키면서, 잉크제트 헤드로부터 기재로 상기 액상 재료를 토출하고, 광조사기에 의해 해당 기재 상에 착탄한 액상 재료에 광을 조사함으로써, 액상 재료를 경화시켜 패턴을 형성하는 잉크제트 프린터에 있어서,상기 광조사기는, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광조사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터.
