Claims (14)
- 복수의 관통공이, 무기 입자와 무기 바인더를 포함하는 격벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 나란히 형성된 허니컴 유닛을 갖는 허니컴 구조체로서, 상기 무기 입자는, 제올라이트를 함유하고 있고,그 길이 방향과 거의 수직인 양 끝면의 진원도가 1.5 ㎜ 이상 4.0 ㎜ 이하이고,그 양 끝면 중, 일방의 끝면의 진원도가 타방의 끝면의 진원도와 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는, 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 세리아, 멀라이트 및 이들의 전구체 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은, 겉보기 단위 체적당 상기 제올라이트의 함유량이 230 g/ℓ 이상 270 g/ℓ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, β 형 제올라이트, Y 형 제올라이트, 페리어라이트, ZSM-5 형 제올라이트, 모데나이트, 포우저사이트, 제올라이트 A 및 제올라이트 L 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, 알루미나에 대한 실리카의 몰비가 30 이상 50 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Zn, Mn, Ti, Ag 및 V 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상으로 이온 교환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는 2 차 입자를 포함하고, 그 2 차 입자의 평균 입경이 0.5 ㎛ 이상 10 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 바인더는, 알루미나 졸, 실리카 졸, 티타니아 졸, 물유리, 세피올라이트 및 아타풀자이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상에 포함되는 고형분인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은, 무기 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유는, 알루미나, 실리카, 탄화규소, 실리카알루미나, 유리, 티탄산칼륨 및 붕산알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,외주에 코팅층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단일의 상기 허니컴 유닛을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 허니컴 유닛이, 접착층을 통해 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 허니컴 구조체와, 그 허니컴 구조체의 외주에 배치되어 있는 유지 시일재와, 그 유지 시일재가 외주에 배치되어 있는 허니컴 구조체가 수용되어 있는 금속 용기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
