Claims (8)
- 소정의 간극을 갖고, 고주파 유도를 이용하여 상기 간극 내의 피가열 재료(P)를 가열하도록 구성된 가열부(2)와,상기 피가열 재료(P)를 반송하여 상기 간극을 통과시키도록 구성된 반송부(R)와,상기 반송부에 의해 반송되는 상기 피가열 재료(P)가 상기 가열부(2)에 접촉하지 않도록 상기 피가열 재료(P)의 휨을 바로잡도록 구성된 교정부(3)를 구비하고,상기 교정부(3)가, 상기 피가열 재료(P)가 들어가는 간극의 입구에 설치되는 입구 교정부(4, 11, 21)와, 상기 피가열 재료(P)가 빠져나가는 상기 간극의 출구에 설치되는 출구 교정부(5, 12)를 포함하고,상기 입구 교정부(4)가, 상기 피가열 재료의 반송 방향에 대해 하향으로 경사진 가이드부(4a)와, 상기 피가열 재료의 반송면과 평행하게 설치된 교정면(4b)을 구비하는, 유도 가열 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입구 교정부(21)는 상기 피가열 재료(P)의 통과를 허용하고, 상기 피가열 재료가 들어가는 입구(21a)의 높이보다도 낮은 높이를 갖는 출구(21b)와, 입구(21a)와 출구(21b) 사이에 설치된 경사부(21c)를 갖고, 상기 경사부(21c)에 의해 상기 피가열 재료(P)의 휨을 바로잡도록 구성된 사각형관(21)인, 유도 가열 장치.
