Claims (4)
- 폴리비닐아세탈 분체(A')와 폴리아미드 분체(C')를 드라이 블렌드하여 이루어지는 분체 도료로서, 하기 조건을 만족하는 분체 도료.
(I) 상기 분체(A')의 JIS K7210:1999의 규정에 기초하여 측정한 멜트 플로우 레이트가, 1 내지 200g/10분
(II) 상기 분체(A')의 평균 입자 직경(A'D)이 10 내지 150㎛, 최대 입자 직경이 250㎛ 이하
(III) 상기 분체(A')와 상기 분체(C')의 중량비가, (A')/(C')=20/100 내지 100/5 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분체(A')를 구성하는 폴리비닐아세탈이, 비닐알콜계 중합체를, 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드에 의해 아세탈화하여 수득한 폴리비닐아세탈인, 분체 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분체(C')가 나일론11 분체 또는 나일론12 분체인, 분체 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 입자(D')를, 상기 분체(A')와 상기 분체(C')의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.0001 내지 5중량부의 범위에서 추가로 포함하는, 분체 도료.
