Claims (3)
- 2차전지의 과충전, 과방전, 과전류를 검출하여 상기 2차전지와 부하 또는 충전장치 사이의 배선에 설치된 스위치 소자를 오프 하는 보호 회로를 구비한 전지팩에 있어서,상기 2차전지의 근방에 배열 설치되고 상기 2차전지와 병렬접속된 서미스터와 저항의 직렬 회로와,상기 충전장치의 접속을 검출하는 접속 검출 회로와,상기 보호 회로 내에서, 상기 서미스터와 저항의 접속점의 전압을 소정 온도에 대응하는 기준전압과 비교하는 컴퍼레이터와,상기 보호 회로 내에서, 상기 접속 검출 수단으로 충전장치의 접속을 검출했을 때만 상기 컴퍼레이터의 출력 신호를 유효로 하는 게이트 회로를 갖고,상기 보호 회로는 상기 게이트 회로로부터의 컴퍼레이터의 출력 신호에 의해 상기 2차전지의 온도가 상기 소정 온도를 초과했을 때 상기 스위치 소자를 오프 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접속 검출 회로는 충전장치가 접속되는 외부단자를 풀업 또는 풀다운 하는 저항을 갖고,상기 충전장치는 접속시에 상기 외부단자를 풀다운 또는 풀업하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서미스터는 부의 온도계수를 갖는 NTC 서미스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
