Claims (31)
- 와이퍼 블레이드(12)를 구동 가능한 와이퍼 아암(14)에 분리 가능하게 연결하기 위한 장치(10)로서, 상기 와이퍼 블레이드(12)는 닦을 자동차의 앞 유리에 면하는 와이퍼 스트립(16)과, 적어도 하나의 스트립형의 긴 지지 요소(18, 20)와, 이 지지 요소(18, 20)에 연결되는 슬라이드 요소(22), 그리고 와이퍼 아암의 커플링 섹션(26)에 연결되는 커넥팅 요소(24)를 포함하며, 이 커넥팅 요소는 선회 가능하게 슬라이드 요소(22) 상에 장착되어 있는 것인 장치에 있어서,상기 커플링 섹션(26)은 설형(舌形)의 삽입 섹션(28)을 구비하며, 커넥팅 요소(24)는 삽입 섹션(28)용 시트(30)를 구비하고, 커플링 섹션(26)과 커넥팅 요소(24)는 영구적인 상호 연결을 위한 고정 섹션(42, 56)을 구비하며, 와이퍼 아암(14)의 종축과 커넥팅 요소(24)의 종축이 10° 내지 100° 범위의 각도(α)를 이루는 예비 조립 상태(도 5 참조)에 도달하도록, 상기 삽입 섹션(28)은 직선 형태(64)로 시트(30) 내로 삽입될 수 있고, 최종 조립 상태(도 6 참조)에 도달하도록, 와이퍼 아암(14)과 커넥팅 섹션(24)은 고정 섹션(40, 42, 56)이 영구적인 상호 연결을 허용할 때까지 삽입 섹션(28)과 시트(30) 간의 접촉 영역을 중심으로 서로 선회 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 조립 상태(도 5 참조)에 도달하기 위한 삽입 방향(64)은 최종 조립 상태(도 6 참조)에 도달하기 위한 선회 평면 내에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 섹션(26)은 단면이 U형으로 구성되고, 하나의 배면(50)과 2개의 레그(52, 54)를 포함하며, 상기 삽입 섹션(28)은 후크형으로 구성되고 커플링 섹션(26)의 배면(50) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
