Claims (3)
- 젖산을 포함한 분자량 1,000∼100,000의 키토산 용액을 물에 희석시켜 키토산 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 얻은 키토산 수용액에 천일염을 용해시켜 키토산 천일염 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 얻은 키토산 천일염 용액을 70∼90℃에서 8∼24 시간 동안 가열 및 농축시켜 키토산 천일염을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 키토산 천일염의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 젖산을 포함한 분자량 1,000~100,000의 키토산 용액을 물에 희석시켜 키토산 1~10 중량% 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 얻은 키토산 1~10 중량% 수용액에, 혼합 후 수용액 총 중량에 대하여 15~35 중량%의 천일염을 용해시켜 키토산 천일염 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 얻은 키토산 천일염 용액을 70~90 ℃에서 8~24 시간 동안 교반하면서 가열 및 농축시켜 키토산 천일염을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
