Claims (20)
- 일반식 RxM(OR')z-x(여기서, R은 유기 라디칼이고; M은 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및/또는 지르코늄이고; R'은 각각 독립적으로 알킬 라디칼이고; z는 M의 원자가이고; x는 z 미만의 수이고 0일 수도 있다)의 알콕사이드; 및산성 재료, 및/또는 화학선(actinic radiation) 및/또는 열 에너지에 노출시 산을 발생시키는 재료를 포함하는 촉매를 포함하는,양이온 경화성 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알콕사이드가 글리시독시[(C1-C3)알킬]트라이(C1-C4)알콕시실레인 모노머 및/또는 테트라(C1-C6)알콕시실레인 모노머를 포함하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 글리시독시[(C1-C3)알킬]트라이(C1-C4)알콕시실레인 모노머가 γ-글리시독시프로필트라이메톡시실레인을 포함하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 테트라(C1-C6)알콕시실레인 모노머가 테트라메톡시실레인 및/또는 테트라에톡시실레인을 포함하는, 코팅 조성물.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에폭시 화합물이 수지 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 9 내지 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이, 자유 라디칼 중합성 재료가 실질적으로 존재하지 않는, 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이, 자유 라디칼 중합성 개시제가 실질적으로 존재하지 않는, 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 코팅 조성물로부터 침착된 경질 코트(hard coat)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 플라스틱 기재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 기재가 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레테인, 폴리(우레아)우레테인, 폴리싸이오우레테인, 폴리싸이오(우레아)우레테인 및/또는 폴리올 (알릴 카보네이트) 재료를 포함하는, 플라스틱 기재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 기재가, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 다이아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 트라이아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트, 폴리(비닐 아세테이트), 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(비닐 클로라이드), 폴리(비닐리덴 클로라이드), 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리에스터, 폴리우레테인, 폴리싸이오우레테인, 폴리카보네이트, 이들의 공중합체 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 필름을 포함하는, 플라스틱 기재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 경질 코트가 상기 기재 상으로 직접 침착되며, 프라이머 층이 그들 사이에 개재되지 않은, 플라스틱 기재.
- 일반식 RxM(OR')z-x(여기서, R은 유기 라디칼이고; M은 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및/또는 지르코늄이고; R'은 각각 독립적으로 알킬 라디칼이고; z는 M의 원자가이고; x는 z 미만의 수이고 0일 수도 있다)의 알콕사이드를 포함하는,양이온 경화성 코팅 조성물로부터 침착되는 경질 코트에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 물품.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물이 폴리글리시딜 에터기-함유 화합물 및/또는 폴리글리시딜 에스터기-함유 화합물을 포함하는 폴리에폭시 화합물을 포함하는, 물품.
- 플라스틱 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 경질 코트를 침착시키는 방법으로서,(a) 일반식 RxM(OR')z-x(여기서, R은 유기 라디칼이고; M은 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및/또는 지르코늄이고; R'은 각각 독립적으로 알킬 라디칼이고; z는 M의 원자가이고; x는 z 미만의 수이고 0일 수도 있다)의 알콕사이드를 적어도 부분적으로 가수분해하는 단계;(b) 양이온 경화성인 코팅 조성물을 상기 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 침착시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 플라스틱 기재의 내마모성을 향상시키는 방법으로서,(a) 일반식 RxM(OR')z-x(여기서, R은 유기 라디칼이고; M은 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및/또는 지르코늄이고; R'은 각각 독립적으로 알킬 라디칼이고; z는 M의 원자가이고; x는 z 미만의 수이고 0일 수도 있다)의 알콕사이드를 적어도 부분적으로 가수분해하는 단계;(b) 양이온 경화성인 코팅 조성물을 상기 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 침착시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 코팅 조성물을 경화시켜 상기 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 경질 코트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
