Claims (8)
- 내시경의 선단에 장착되는 통 형상의 선단 부재와,생체 조직에 대해 처치를 행하는 처치부와,상기 내시경의 축선 방향으로 진퇴 가능하게 배치되고 선단에 상기 처치부가 고정된 삽입부와,상기 처치부와 상기 선단 부재를 각각 회전 가능하게 접속하는 접속 부재와,상기 접속 부재와 상기 처치부를 선회 가능하게 연결하는 제1 선회축과,상기 접속 부재와 상기 선단 부재를 선회 가능하게 연결하는 제2 선회축을 구비하고,상기 제2 선회축은, 상기 제1 선회축을 상기 제2 선회축보다 기단측이며 또한 상기 선단 부재의 측방의 위치로부터, 상기 제2 선회축보다 선단측의 위치까지 이동하도록 상기 접속 부재를 선회할 수 있는 위치에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선단 부재는, 상기 내시경에 착탈 가능한 캡인 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속 부재는, 상기 내시경에 대해 상기 삽입부를 진퇴시켰을 때에 선회하고, 상기 삽입부를 상기 내시경에 대해 전진시켰을 때, 상기 제 1 선회축이 상기 제2 선회축보다 전방측의 위치로부터, 상기 제2 선회축보다 선단측의 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접속 부재가 선회하여 상기 선단 부재의 길이 방향에 직교하는 동일면 상에 상기 제1 선회축 및 상기 제2 선회축이 배치되었을 때에 상기 처치부와 상기 내시경의 거리가 최대로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접속 부재가 선회하여 상기 제1 선회축이 상기 선단 부재의 선단면측까지 이동하였을 때, 상기 처치부는 상기 내시경의 선단면보다 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접속 부재가 선회하여 상기 제1 선회축이 상기 선단 부재의 선단면측까지 이동하였을 때, 상기 처치부는 선단 부재의 중심선을 넘는 위치까지 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처치부는 지지 부재에 한 쌍의 겸자 부재를 개폐 가능하게 지지시킨 구성을 갖고, 각각의 상기 겸자 부재는 상기 제1 선회축에 의해 상기 지지 부재에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 선회축은 상기 선단 부재에 형성된 한 쌍의 구멍 각각에 하나씩 동축으로 삽입되고, 상기 접속 부재는 상기 선단 부재의 외형을 따라 만곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 처치구.
