Claims (9)
- 석탄을 연소시켜 발전하는 화력발전플랜트 내에 구비되는 석탄회 재활용장치에 있어서,상기 석탄회 재활용 장치는상기 화력발전플랜트에서 발생된 석탄회를 다수의 스크린(screen)을 이용하여 입도크기에 따라 선별하는 체가름기(20); 상기 체가름기(20)에서 선별된 석탄회를 구분하여 저장하는 다수의 제1 공급사이로(21); 상기 제1 공급사이로(21)에 저장된 석탄회를 전자석을 이용하여 미연소 여부에 따라 선별하는 자력선별기(22); 상기 자력선별기(22)로 선별된 석탄회를 구분하여 회수하는 다수의 제2 공급사이로(23); 상기 제2 공급사이로(23)에서 일정 입도크기 이상의 미연소 석탄회를 회수하여 저장하는 미연분사이로(24); 및 상기 제1 공급사이로(21) 및 제2 공급사이로(23)에서 일정 입도크기 미만 또는 연소 석탄회를 회수하여 저장하는 저회사이로(25)를 구비하여, 상기 화력발전플랜트에서 발생되는 석탄회로부터 2mm 이상의 입도크기를 가지는 미연소 석탄회를 입도 및 자력선별 과정으로 선별하고, 이를 석탄과 혼합하여 발전연료로 사용하기 위해 화력발전플랜트로 회수하는 미연분 회수부; 및상기 미연분 회수부에서 회수하고 남은 석탄회를 이용하여 골재를 제조하는 골재 제조부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회 재활용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미연분 회수부는 회처리장에 매립된 석탄회를 회수하여 불순물을 제거하고, 2mm 이상의 입도크기를 가지는 미연소 석탄회를 선별하는 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회 재활용 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골재 제조부는, 다음을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회 재활용 장치:상기 미연분 회수부(Ⅲ)의 저회사이로(25)에 저장된 석탄회를 회수하여 분쇄하는 분쇄기(26);상기 분쇄기(26)로부터 분쇄된 석탄회를 저장하는 제1 석탄회사이로(27);상기 화력발전플랜트(Ⅰ)에서 발생되는 석탄회(비회)를 저장하는 제2 석탄회 사이로(28);상기 제1 석탄회사이로(27) 및 제2 석탄회사이로(28)에 저장된 석탄회를 소정의 혼합비율에 맞추어 그 중량 및 용량을 계량하는 계량공급기(29);상기 계량공급기(29)를 통해 계량된 석탄회를 골재원료와 혼합 및 반죽시키는 혼련기(34);상기 혼련기(34)를 통하여 혼합 및 반죽된 혼합물을 골재형태로 성형하는 성형부(100);상기 성형부(100)에서 골재형태로 성형된 혼합물을 건조시키는 로타리 건조실(39); 및상기 로타리 건조실(39)에서 건조된 혼합물을 소성하여 골재로 제조하는 로타리킬른(41).
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 로타리 건조실(39)은 화력발전플랜트와 연결되어 화력발전플랜트의 잔열을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회 재활용 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 석탄회 재활용 장치를 이용하여 비회, 저회, 매립회 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 석탄회를 용도에 따라 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회 재활용 방법.
- 다음 단계를 포함하고, 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 석탄회 재활용 장치를 이용하여 제조되는 경량골재의 제조방법:(a) 화력발전플랜트에서 발생된 석탄회를 다수의 스크린(screen)을 이용하여 입도크기에 따라 선별하는 체가름기(20); 상기 체가름기(20)에서 선별된 석탄회를 구분하여 저장하는 다수의 제1 공급사이로(21); 상기 제1 공급사이로(21)에 저장된 석탄회를 전자석을 이용하여 미연소 여부에 따라 선별하는 자력선별기(22); 상기 자력선별기(22)로 선별된 석탄회를 구분하여 회수하는 다수의 제2 공급사이로(23);상기 제2 공급사이로(23)에서 일정 입도크기 이상의 미연소 석탄회를 회수하여 저장하는 미연분사이로(24); 및 상기 제1 공급사이로(21) 및 제2 공급사이로(23)에서 연소 석탄회 또는 2mm 미만의 입도크기를 가지는 석탄회를 회수하여 저장하는 저회사이로(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미연분 회수부를 통해 회수된 연소 석탄회 또는 2mm 미만의 입도크기를 가지는 석탄회를 분쇄하는 단계;(b) 상기 분쇄된 석탄회에 골재용 원료를 혼합 및 반죽시켜 골재혼합물을 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 제조된 골재혼합물을 골재형태로 성형하여 골재성형물을 제조하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 성형된 골재성형물을 소성하여 골재를 제조하는 단계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 골재용 원료는 점토 또는 준설토사인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
