Abstract

본 발명은 석탄회 재활용 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 기존 화력발전플랜트 내에 미연분 회수부 및 경량골재 제조부를 포함하는 석탄회 재활용 장치를 구비하고, 이를 이용하여 화력발전플랜트에서 발생되는 석탄회 전량을 사용용도에 따라 재활용하는 석탄회 재활용 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 석탄회 재활용 장치 및 방법은 폐기물을 재활용 공장까지 이동하는 동안 발생하는 주변환경오염을 방지함과 더불어 운반비를 절감할 수 있고, 석탄회 전량을 용도별로 재활용함으로써, 석탄회에 함유된 미연탄소분을 활용할 수 있으며, 사용기준이 엄격한 콘크리트 혼화제 등에도 재활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 폐기물 매립에 따른 환경오염방지와 폐기물을 재활용함으로써 국토의 손실과 자원의 낭비를 해소할 수 있다.
