Claims (8)
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성된 하부 전극과,상기 하부 전극 위에 형성된 압전막과,상기 압전막 위에 형성된 상부 전극을 구비하고,상기 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극이 대향하는 대향 영역과 외측과의 경계 부분을 걸치도록 상기 대향 영역의 내측으로부터 외측에 걸쳐서 공극이 형성되어 있고,상기 공극은, 압전막의 막 두께 방향의 일부에 형성되는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공극은, 상기 압전막의 일부가 제거되어 형성되는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공극은, 대향 영역과 외측과의 경계로 되어 있는 상기 하부 전극의 엣지를 걸치도록 상기 대향 영역의 내측으로부터 외측에 걸쳐서 상기 압전막의 상면 또는 하면이 제거되어 이루어지는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공극은, 상기 압전막의 상면과 상기 상부 전극 사이, 혹은 상기 압전막과 상기 하부 전극 사이에 형성되는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공극 대신에 상기 압전막과는 음향 특성이 서로 다른 절연체가 형성되는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성된 하부 전극과,상기 하부 전극 위에 형성된 압전막과,상기 압전막 위에 형성된 상부 전극을 구비하고,상기 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극이 대향하는 대향 영역과 외측과의 경계 부분을 걸치도록 상기 대향 영역의 내측으로부터 외측에 걸쳐서 상기 압전막과는 음향 특성이 서로 다른 절연체가 형성되어 있고,상기 절연체는, 상기 압전막을 관통하여 형성되어 있는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성된 하부 전극과,상기 하부 전극 위에 형성된 압전막과,상기 압전막 위에 형성된 상부 전극과,상기 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극이 대향하는 대향 영역과 외측과의 경계로 되어 있는 상기 하부 전극의 엣지를 걸치도록 상기 대향 영역의 내측으로부터 외측에 걸쳐서, 상기 압전막을 관통하는 공극이 형성되어 있고,상기 하부 전극의 엣지에 대향하는 상기 상부 전극은, 상기 대향 영역의 외측에 연장되어 형성되어 있는 압전 박막 공진자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 압전 박막 공진자를 적어도 1개 포함하는 필터.
