Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 비환식 지방족 올레핀 단량체와 하기 화학식 I의 구조를 갖는 적어도 하나의 리간드와 착물을 형성한 팔라듐 금속 중심을 포함하는 촉매 조성물을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 중합체를 제조하는 중합 방법:상기식에서,R1-R14는 독립적으로, 수소; 할로겐; 및 C1-C20알킬, C3-C20사이클로알킬, C2-C20알케닐, C2-C20알키닐, 아릴, C1-C20카복실레이트, C1-C20알콕시, C2-C20알케닐옥시, C2-C20알키닐옥시, 아릴옥시, C2-C20알콕시카보닐, C1-C20알킬티오, C1-C20알킬설포닐, C1-C20알킬설피닐, 실릴 및 아민으로부터 선택되는 치환체로부터 선택되고, 이들 중 두개 이상의 인접한 기는 함께 연결되어 포화 또는 불포화 환 구조를 형성할 수 있고;상기 아민은 비치환되거나, 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 C1-C5알킬로 단일치환 또는 이치환되고;상기 아릴은 비치환되거나, 수소, 직쇄형 및 분지쇄형 C1-C5알킬, 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 C1-C5할로알킬, 직쇄형 및 분지쇄형 C1-C5알콕시, 염소, 불소, 요오드, 브롬, C5-C10사이클로알킬, C6-C15사이클로알케닐 및 C6-C30아릴로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 치환체로 단일치환 또는 다치환된 페닐, 나프틸 또는 안트라세닐이고;Q는 인이며;R15는 -SO3 -이고;제조된 중합체는 15 분지쇄/1,000 탄소 원자 이하의 분지쇄 함량을 나타내고, 여기에서, 분지쇄 함량은 탄소 13 NMR 및 제조된 중합체의 융점에 의해 결정되고; 분지쇄는 적어도 두개의 탄소 원자를 함유하며;촉매 조성물이 중합 공정 중에, 5 ppm을 초과하는 레벨로 존재하는, 아세틸렌, CO2, 산소 및 물로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 불순물에 노출되고;단, R1-R10이 모두 수소일 수는 없고;R2, R4, R7 및 R9가 각각 수소일 때, R1, R5, R6 및 R10의 어떤 것도 CH3, CF3, F, SMe2, 비페닐 또는 페녹시가 아니며;R1, R5, R6 및 R10의 어떤 것도 극성 그룹이 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물이 금속의 g당 100 kg 이상의 생산성을 나타내는 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 비환식 지방족 올레핀 단량체가 에틸렌인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 온도가 0 내지 200℃인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 중합체가 21,200 이상의 수평균 분자량 Mn을 나타내는 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R13이 메틸이고; R1 또는 R5가 2,6-디메톡시페닐이며; R6 또는 R10이 2,6-디메톡시페닐인 중합 방법.
