Claims (6)
- 불가사리(110)를 절단하는 절단단계(100)와; 상기 절단단계(100) 후에 고압의 공기 또는 물로 세척하는 세척단계(300)와; 상기 세척단계(300) 후에 산성용액에 침지(沈漬)시키는 침지단계(400)와; 상기 침지단계(400) 후에 건조시키는 건조단계(500)로 구성되는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
- 불가사리(110)를 절단하는 절단단계(100)와; 상기 절단단계(100) 후에 강한 압력의 물로 세척하는 1차세척단계(310)와; 상기 1차세척단계 후에 강한 압력의 공기로 세척하는 2차세척단계(320); 상기 2차세척단계(320) 후에 산성용액에 침지(沈漬)시키는 침지단계(400)와; 상기 침지단계(400) 후에 건조시키는 건조단계(500)로 구성되는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 절단단계(100)와 세척단계(300) 사이에 교반단계(200)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 교반단계(200)의 교반기에 형성된 블레이드의 회전속도는 400 ~ 500rpm인 것을 특징으로 하는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 세척단계(300), 1차세척단계(310) 또는 2차세척단계(320)에서 사용되는 공기압이나 수압의 크기는 70~90bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 침지단계(400)는 PH 3 ~ 6의 산성용액에 10 ~ 20분 동안 침지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법.
