Claims (5)
- JIS K 6253에 따르는 D형 듀로미터에 의해서 측정된 경도가 적어도 30이고 인장시험에서의 신장이 적어도 5%인 투명 물품으로 경화하는, 실온에서 고체이고 성형온도에서 액체인 실리콘 수지 조성물로 봉지된, 발광 반도체 장치가 아닌 반도체 장치에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 조성물이(A) R1SiO1.5 단위, R2 2SiO 단위, 및 R3 aR4 bSiO(4-a-b)/2 단위를 포함하는 수지 구조를 갖는 폴리올가노실옥산(여기서 R1, R2, 및 R3는 각각 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로헥실기, 또는 페닐기이며, R4는 비닐기 또는 알릴기이고, a는 0, 1, 또는 2이며, b는 1 또는 2이고, 그리고 a+b는 2 또는 3이고, 그리고 R2 2SiO 단위의 반복수는 5 내지 300이다);(B) R1SiO1.5 단위, R2 2SiO 단위, 및 R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2 단위를 포함하는 수지 구조를 갖는 폴리올가노수소 실옥산(여기서 R1, R2, 및 R3는 상기 정의된 바와 같고, c는 0, 1, 또는 2이며, d는 1 또는 2이고, c+d는 2 또는 3이고, R2 2SiO 단위의 반복수는 5 내지 300이고, 구성성분 (B)는 구성성분 (A) 중 비닐기 또는 알릴기에 대한 구성성분 (B) 중의 규소 원자에 결합된 수소원자의 몰비율이 0.1 내지 4.0이도록 하는 양으로 사용된다); 그리고(C) 촉매적으로 유효한 양의 백금족 금속 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 반도체 장치가 아닌 반도체 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A) 및 구성성분 (B)중 적어도 하나는 실란올기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 반도체 장치가 아닌 반도체 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 조성물은,한 분자에, 규소 원자에 결합된 수소 원자(SiH 기), 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기, 알콕시 실릴기, 및 에폭시기로부터 선택되는 적어도 2개의 기능기를 함유하는 4 내지 50개의 규소 원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 고리 올가노실옥산 올리고머 그리고,하기의 화학식 1로 표시되는 올가노옥시실릴-변형된 이소시아누레이트 화합물, 그것의 가수분해 및 축합생성물중 적어도 하나의 접착 보조제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 반도체 장치가 아닌 반도체 장치.(화학식 1)상기식에서 R6는 독립적으로 하기의 화학식 2(화학식 2)로 표시되는 유기기(상기식에서 R7은 수소원자 또는 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 1가의 탄화수소기이고, s는 1 내지 6의 정수이다), 또는 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하는 1가의 탄화수소기이고, 적어도 하나의 R6는 화학식 2의 유기기이다.
- 제 1항의 실리콘 수지 조성물의 압축성형에 의해 제조된, 발광 반도체 장치가 아닌 반도체 장치를 봉지하기 위한 실리콘 수지 타블렛.
