Claims (5)
- 표면 처리 조성물로부터 얻어지는 수지 피막을 구비한 수지 도장 금속판으로서,상기 표면 처리 조성물이, 규산리튬 및 콜로이달실리카로 이루어지는 무기 성분을 60~95질량부와, 올레핀-α,β-불포화 카복실산 공중합체 및 α,β-불포화 카복실산 중합체의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 옥사졸린기 함유 공중합체를 1~9질량부 함유하는 수지 성분을 5~40질량부 함유함과 아울러,무기 성분과 수지 성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 글라이시딜기 함유 실레인 커플링제 7~35질량부와 메타바나딘산염 0.5~7질량부를 더 함유하는수지 도장 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리 조성물 중의 규산리튬과 콜로이달실리카는 질량 비율로 95:5~80:20인 수지 도장 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 콜로이달실리카의 표면적 평균 입자 직경이 4~20㎚인 수지 도장 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리 조성물이, 상기 조성물 중의 올레핀-α,β-불포화 카복실산 공중합체 및 α,β-불포화 카복실산 중합체의 합계를 100질량부로 했을 때에, 이 100질량부에 대하여, 카보다이이미드기 함유 화합물을 0.1~30질량부의 비율로 더 함유하는 수지 도장 금속판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지 피막의 부착량이 건조 질량으로 0.1~1g/㎡인 수지 도장 금속판.
