- 공작물에 홈을 형성하기 위해 사용되는 다이아몬드 가공 기계이며,장착 구조물 및 장착 구조물에 장착된 다중 팁형 다이아몬드를 포함하는 미세성형 다이아몬드 공구와,미세성형 다이아몬드 공구를 수용하고 공작물에 대한 미세성형 다이아몬드 공구의 위치 설정을 제어하는 장치를 포함하고,상기 다이아몬드의 팁이 공작물에 형성되는 홈에 상응하고, 공작물에 형성되는 돌출부에 상응하는 밸리가 인접한 팁들 사이에 형성되며,상기 기계는 축을 중심으로 미세성형 다이아몬드 공구를 회전시키는 플라이 절단 기계이며,인접한 팁들 사이의 피치 간격이 10 미크론 미만인, 다이아몬드 가공 기계.
