Claims (7)
- 회전전기기계와,내연기관이 발생한 동력에 상기 회전전기기계가 발생한 동력을 합성하여 구동축에 전달하는 동력 전달 기구와,상기 회전전기기계의 제어를 행하는 파워제어유닛과,상기 파워제어유닛을 수용하기 위한 제1수용부와, 적어도 상기 회전전기기계를 수용하기 위한 제2수용부가 일체 성형된 구조를 갖는 케이스와,상기 제1수용부의 개구부를 덮도록 상기 케이스에 대하여 고정되는 커버 부재를 구비하며,상기 파워제어유닛은 상기 제1수용부를 구성하는, 상기 케이스의 벽면에 의해서 형성된 오목부 내에 수납되는, 하이브리드 차량의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 크랭크축에 결합된 댐퍼를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 회전전기기계는 상기 댐퍼의 회전축과 정합(matching)하는 회전축을 가지며,상기 제2수용부는 상기 회전전기기계, 상기 댐퍼 및 상기 동력전달기구를 수용하도록 구성되고,상기 제1수용부는, 상기 회전축의 방향에 직교하면서 차량-탑재 상태에서의 연직방향에 직교하는 방향에서 투영하여 볼 때, 상기 파워제어유닛이 차량-탑재 상태에서 상기 제2수용부의 연직방향 사이즈 내에 위치하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파워제어유닛은 상기 회전전기기계에 대응하여 배치된 인버터의 파워 소자를 탑재하고, 차량-탑재 상태에서, 상기 회전전기기계 상방에 배치되는 회로기판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파워제어유닛은, 상기 회전전기기계에 대응하여 배치된 인버터 및 상기 인버터의 입력 전압을 발생시키도록 구성된 전압컨버터를 포함하고,상기 전압컨버터는, 상기 회전전기기계의 상기 회전축의 일 측에 배치된 리액터, 및 상기 회전전기기계의 상기 회전축의 타 측에 배치된 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 파워제어유닛은 적어도 일부분이 상기 리액터와 상기 캐패시터 사이 영역에 배치되고,상기 인버터와 상기 전압컨버터의 파워 소자를 탑재한 회로기판을 더 포함하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 크랭크축에 결합된 댐퍼를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 회전전기기계는 상기 댐퍼의 회전축과 정합하는 회전축을 가지며,상기 파워제어유닛은, 상기 회전축의 방향에서 투영하여 볼 때, 차량-탑재 상태에서, 상기 댐퍼, 상기 회전전기기계 및 상기 동력전달기구를 수용하는 부분의 수평방향 사이즈 내에 상기 파워제어유닛이 위치하도록 상기 케이싱 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 크랭크축에 결합된 댐퍼를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 회전전기기계는 상기 댐퍼의 회전축과 정합하는 회전축을 가지며,상기 파워제어유닛은, 상기 회전축의 방향에서 투영하여 볼 때, 차량-탑재 상태에서, 상기 댐퍼, 상기 회전전기기계 및 상기 동력전달기구를 수용하는 부분의 연직방향 사이즈 내에 상기 파워제어유닛이 위치하도록 상기 케이싱 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 구동장치.
